Been using this app for many years and as well as working exactly as it should, the support is superb - when we've needed some tweaks making to the templates, the support were able to do this without any problem. Highly recommended!

Easy to use app for creating complaint Tax Invoices, which Shopify does not do by default. Very responsive support for any issues.

I had an issue where our account was temporarily blocked after I took over as the new developer for our store. I reached out to support and was incredibly impressed. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Diese App wird von vielen empfohlen für die Rechnungserstellung in Shopify. Die Bewertungen bestätigen das. Aber wer sich mit html Code nicht auskennt, hat verloren. Für deutsche Unternehmender sind alle Rechnungsvorlagen nicht rechtskräftig nach § 14 UStG. Um eine Vorlage dementsprechend anzupassen, muss man sehr viel ändern. Dazu benötigt man gute Kenntnisse, besser gesagt einen Fachmann. Bestimmt hätte der Support geholfen, aber für mich ist das keine zukunftssichere Lösung. Die Vorlagen und auch der Editor ist meiner Meinung nicht Kundenfreundlich und vor allem nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Out of all the Shopify apps I've evaluated and use, this was by far the easiest and quickest to setup. Support documentation to quickly customise the invoice template was also simple and concise - branding, adding ABN, changing email address to support email etc. This app quickly solved a big pain point, sending GST Tax Invoices to Australian customers, but nice to have for all our global customers.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! And a great app! If all the apps had this level of customer service what a wonderful world it would be! I needed PDF invoices for my wholesale customers and this app is perfect. And I needed some customisation on the PDF, they gave me the code to do it straight away! Highly recommend Order Printer Pro!
