Very responsive! We needed a line of code edited for one of our templates and could not find it. We reached out to Order Printer Pro Support via their chat app. Nicolas responded to our request almost immediately. We shared a screenshot of what we wanted and he took care of it for us. The app meets our expectations exactly. We would award a 6th star for an API connection or downloading the invoices via API so that they can be stored directly in a folder on a server.

App is working really well for our needs. I contacted the app via their chat function and they replied quickly. We needed a template changing and Haris who I dealt with was very helpful, and actioned the changes we needed immediately. Easy to deal with and answered our query fully

Order Printer Pro exceeds our needs with crisp-looking invoices for customers who need one. I found a problem with the download button not appearing on the checkout or order status pages, but Haris fixed it for us in under 5 minutes! The time stamps on my request show that it took 12 minutes from start to finish, including giving collaborator access! It's a fantastic app that allows me to not think about the little details! May 28, 2025: The team still rocks! I found a problem with a change they had made for me, and they fixed it quickly! Luis worked with their team, solved the code problem and applied it to my default invoice in under 40 minutes.
