We've had this app in place for a number of years now. Very flexible, but more to the point, it just gets the job done with no fuss. Further to this however, the real stand out point for this app is the staff - the support is always super fast and resolve any amendments we need. Really appreciate it. Thanks ~John.

Good customer service but still after months still have printer issues with the printer button add blank page in front of all prints.

We like that we can print orders out. The only down side to this we have noticed so far is that is doesn't transfer the notes in the same format they are written in on the Shopify draft. It just lumps everything into one paragraph. Otherwise it has helped us so far!

Great support! I had a minor issue with one of the templates and got help from the support team within minutes. Other than that, the templates are easy to use and customisable. Can definitely recommend the app :)

Great app, and even better customer support from my experience. The standard version is a bit 'manual' which means you will come face to face with the liquid templates if you want to tailor them. They do have a paid option that allows you to design without code, if this were standard it would get the full 5 stars.
