This app solved several issues we had with the standard options from Shopify in one solution. We choose for this app because you have full control via the templates and variables. With little coding skills you make your paperwork the way you want. We found a little issue and contacted support. Promptly we got a solution (copy/paste, how easy can it be ..) and after confirming it worked they went the extra leg to send the fix for our other template. All in all the issue was solved in less than 2 hours. What more can I say ? Happy user :-)

So far so good with the free plan! It's the nicest design I was able to find for packing slips for Shopify. I don't really use it other than for packing slips so i dont' really have experience with the full funtionality of the product. But if you want aesthetic packing slips, try these guys!

Includes a link to the Packing List pdf within the Fulfillment email that goes to our vendor. My vendors get all the information they need along with the packing list in one email. This saves time and frustration of sending multiple emails and hoping they get processed correctly. I also needed some minor modifications as we drop ship our items and needed our company information removed while including custom personalization for each line item on the packing slip. The team worked to get this resolved quickly. Even including another team on a weekend, I have my form up and running within 6 hours. Cannot beat true 7 day support with an easy to use app.

I have been using the app for months, so far so good. Needed to modify the language, invoice information with no taxes related, etc. Valeria prepared a ready code on a Word document for me to copy and paste to the template, alongside a video on how to do it. I'm pretty impressed by the customer service. Quick and straightforward.

The app is fairly beginner friendly. I contacted the Help & Support and Valarie was able to quickly answer all my questions, help with coding and change some of the information on the templates for me. So far the app is working great and customer service gets an 11/1o from me!
