Love this App. It makes it so easy to customize your invoices and receipts. We have a complicated situation because we are a nonprofit that distributes goods to other nonprofits for a small admin fee but we also need to show the donated value in the receipt. The Order Printer Pro team helped us with the liquid code to make the custom receipt. We could have not done this without them because we do not have that sort of technical expertise in house. Thank you Order Printer Pro team, you rock!

The app just works! It does the job I required (just the 'Download PDF Invoice' link on my Order Confirmation page). I had a small problem with a line of html appearing after the link. I asked for help which was instant and resolved the problem straight away. Excellent app and excellent service. Thank you.

I recently migrated my online and retail store to Shopify. After 13 years of doing things one way, the experience has been overwhelming, to say the least. It's been eye-opening having to deal with so many app developers to fix so many inconsistencies with the Shopify experience. I needed a professional way to provide my customers with a professional looking invoice when I ship my orders and for my POS clients. Frustrated by having to pay extra for a service for this (when it should be included in Shopify), I downloaded Order Printer and played with the settings a little. Not expecting a whole lot of help, I sent a note over to FORSBERG+two requesting info on how I could change a couple things. Refreshingly, they quickly logged in and re-wrote special coding for me (twice!) that entirely changed the invoice structure that served my business perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Esteban and the team over there. This is the best $10 a month I think I'll ever spend. I'm a believer.

I was looking for an invoicing app that can generate GST invoices as per government norms. Order Printer Pro did the job efficiently and effortlessly. I contacted the support team with a tricky ask. Salome, Daniel and Esteban from the team not only patiently understood my query, but solved it without me having to tinker the code. Overall, I am super happy with the app and support.
