We've been using Order Printer Pro for a while now and I had two special requests: Translating our template into other languages and integrating a download button within our customer's account portal. It all worked very, very smoothly thanks to the great support. Highly recommended!

I love this app! Very easy to navigate and to customize invoice and packing slip templates. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and they are top-notch!! They always get back to me right away and help with anything I need. I will be checking out the other apps they have available. They have won me over with their customer service.

Na een aantal jaren werkte Order pro printer uitstekend. Na een update in Shipify hadden wij incitenteel een probleem met onze factuur. Na contact was dit dezelfde dag opgelost. Uitstekende service.

Maybe there are other Apps that do what Order Printer Pro does, but I doubt there is a support team like the kind, fast and competent one a at Forsberg+two. A big thanks for not letting a novice user stand alone..

Eine einwandfreie App mit fairen Preisen und einem phänomenalen Support. Die App erledigt im Grunde genau das, wofür sie ist. Ohne unnötige Extras, aber dafür simpel, schnell und gut. Das Ganze dann auch noch zu einem sehr fairen Preis, speziell im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten. Das aller beste ist allerdings der Support. Ich habe mich mit einem Problem meines selbst erstellen HTML Codes an das Team gewandt. Obwohl es nicht der Fehler des Teams ist und es im Grunde nicht zu den Aufgaben gehört, wurde mir sofort geholfen. Ich würde am liebsten 6 Sterne vergeben. Toll!

Where has this app been all my life! You would think these features would be standard in shopify....NO. Having said that, these guys did a great job filling a void for shopify and so far it works very well!

I have used this to make my invoices for years with a template I created. Excellent look and functionality. Recently when Shopify introduced "Shopify Taxes", I had 5 lines of local taxes on one invoice (California)! After emailing them they got back to me almost immediately, and wrote new code for my template that combines all taxes to one line. Now the invoice looks nice and is not confusing. Amazing customer service, a really nice looking template, plus great support.

The app is good. Not perfect, but very good. It does what we need and then some. It takes a little bit to get the hang of. What really makes this app AMAZING is the support. We are using it along side SparkLayer for wholesale invoicing, and had some issues with how discounts were displayed. Not an issue with the app itself, but an issue caused by how discounts are used to create wholesale price lists in SparkLayer. Over a 2 day period multiple CS folks from OPP worked to get us a solution , re coded our templates and did it cheerfully. Service doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended!
