Excellent app which we couldn't do without. Easy to use especially with ready-made templates and produces everything from Invoices and packing slips to Returns forms, PDF copies etc. More so, it has speeded up the whole of our multiple order fulfilment process. As for support? Lightning speed. Any issue we had questions about was promptly addressed and resolved. Highly recommend.

I installed this app so I could bulk print invoices that looked professional with templates that could be customised for my needs. After a few days I already appreciate how much time this is saving me. I am a dummy with coding but with great support was able to do things like add tax numbers and change the display. An added bonus is having a downloadable invoice emailed to my customers with their order confirmation.

Every time I download an app I hold my breath, but with these guys...Wow what a service and professionalism. A top team immediately flies to your questions to give a clear answer and find solutions themselves. Not to mention the function of the app.. When I need support, the team is always super responsive and helpful. I recently needed to add a GPSR (EU product safety regulation) document to the end of my shipping invoice and the team was great. Now I have an shipping invoice which includes the GPSR document. When my fulfilment team in the warehouse prints the shipping invoice it includes the GPSR document which can go directly in the box. Big thanks to the team for their support, efforts and know-how to make this solution work. Two big thumbs up.

This app is amazing. Team is amazing. They are always happy to help, edit your template for you, add things or swap around anything you want. And we just have free plan and dont need to pay anything (because we have small amount of orders). Definitely recommend this app for all the people! 10/10

We needed to enable invoicing of partially-fulfilled / incomplete orders. The standard Shopify invoice includes fulfilled and unfulfilled items which totally confused our B2B customers. Order Printer enabled us to create invoices of only the fulfilled items. The support team at Order Printer provided outstanding support helping us create this invoice. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app and team to meet diverse invoicing requirements!

How did we not know about this AMAZING add-on to our Shopify store sooner!? Here's what you need to know: 1. Order Printer Pro will allow you to have a link on your customer account page (among MANY other places, like emails etc) so your customers can simply view and download their own invoice/receipt. No more replying to emails to "please send me a receipt". 2. For an extra one-time $29 you can buy Order Printer Templates (same company) and EASILY edit your invoices and packing slips to look GORGEOUS. Ridiculously simple and easily to customize. This app rates 10 stars out of 5. Side note, I emailed the company several times with questions, and they responded with incredibly helpful replies immediately. This should be expected of course, and they didn't drop the ball. Best $10 a month I've spent for my Shopify store (there's also a free version of the app).
