The app is great! It meets all of my needs and is super simple and easy to use. The pricing model is extremely fair. If you run into any trouble, the customer service reps are super friendly and respond FAST. I think that's one of the most important things about judging the quality of an app. When their team cares about their app, it shows. Definitely try it out for your store!

This has enabled us to send pro forma invoices from draft orders which the standard Shopify package didn't allow us to do. Highly recommended app. Great work guys!

Sorry to hear you were surprised by the pricing of the app. I've double checked your account, and the app did correctly add the charge only after you crossed the 50 order limit for the month. This is of course after your 14 day free trial had expired, which is not counted. As stated above in the Shopify App Store (under Pricing) the app is free for any store with less than 50 orders per month. For stores with more than 50 orders per month, the app costs $10 for that month. You cannot use the "free version" if your account has more than 50 orders in a month, as mentioned in the pricing. Of course we don't want anyone to be disappointed after using our apps, so we're issuing a full refund to your account :) Please do let us know if you need anything else. This is a fantastic app and one of the best support team we've ever dealt with. I own a flower shop and we hand deliver flowers in our city thus none of the packing slips from a courier company won't work for us, as we are not using their services. Previously, we were printing orders through Shopify which was a big hassle as you cannot hide certain info - payment details, total amount, billing address etc (which is totally irrelevant to our drivers). Order Printer Pro allows you easily customize any form you would need and print it within seconds. Even me could do it, without any coding. Their team deserves a couple more comments too. Extremely fast and friendly response, people are actually reading your questions and replying in a very detailed manner. Quick solution problem approach, easy-going attitude and again! very timely reply. I am very happy with this app and I will look into their other products.

Takes Too much to Load the orders., If we select 50 order in orders dashboard it takes more than 30 minutes to print.

This is the third app that I buy from Bjorn, and ALL OF THEM are amazing! :) Thanks to these apps my brand looks seamless throughout all my emails, notifications, PDFs, and print materials such as packaging slips. I just would like to thank you for your work, attention, and care. Ahh, also their customer service is 10/10! They are always willing to help and if we have any doubts they send us screenshots with step by step to how to proceed on the installation. I couldn't be happier :) Thanks guys :)

The app works really well and I'm happy with it's usefulness. But I'm not sure it's worth the price when all I need it for is downloading draft orders as PDF invoices. I may end creating the few invoices a month outside of Shopify as we don't need all the extra features, just want to print draft orders.

This is a great app if you want to clean up the way your invoices, packing slips or other customer facing documents you may have. The base templates are great to start with, and you can customize or build one. We went with the already built template, and customizing it using the code was not as scary as I thought! It was actually very easy. The best part about this app is the fantastic support. If there is something you cannot figure out, all you need to do is reach out to them and they take care of you. I highly recommend this app, and a special Thank you to Bjorn for getting us on track fast!

This app is simply awesome! Bjorn and his team helps with any problem, offers individual processing and is very competent. The invoices are modern, minimalistic and with different design/content options. I can really recommend the order printer pro :)

SOOOO much faster and easier to print my orders!!!!!! I have a bakery where clients can either walk in, call in or order online. For the online orders I need to print the order so I can have staff fill it. I was really struggling before, very time consuming to have to go into each order and hit print - now I just query, check off all I need to print, and click the print button! Highly recommend.
