This is the best free app I've installed on my store. It seemed too basic at first but after some tinkering, what I love about it now is how you can customize the templates. After customizations, I can now print an invoice with only the info I want and the address label in one long sheet of paper which I find very economical. The downside of customizing though is that you'd have to have some knowledge of how to edit the templates using the liquid variables on their list. Not everyone knows how to do that. If the editing interface was click and type or WYSWYG it would have been perfect.

Hi, This app is usefull but is limited. It is not possible to send the bill directly by email to the customer. You only have the possibility to print it. So for the developpers, i have two suggest for the upgrade: - Possibility to habe a buttonin the app to send it directly to the customer - Possibility to have a button in the order page or customer page to send it directly to the customer - Possibility to send it as attached file when we send an order confirmation to the customer With that, the app whould be rate 5 stars. Can you handle it? Regards

A great app. Don't even consider using order printer pro. I would recommend this one if you can learn how to write a little bit of liquid code; you can code in IF statements that will allow you to automate and scale your fulfillment workflow. Also possible to do a lot else with this app IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO LEARN A LITTLE BIT OF CODE. Its not hard at all to learn a little bit of liquid and it is worth the time. The app is simple and works very well on Chrome. Easy to resize if needed( I use A5 for my packing slips) and basic customisation for header and footer info is also easy to edit or take out altogether. 10/10 Thanks crew :)

Does not work on Safari (latest version). Doesn't even launch the app. I took a look at the reviews and it seems to be a recurring issue for many people for quite some time. However no word from the developer in the FAQ or app description.

Quite useful and easy to use. It may requires some coding but it's easy to get and manage. It helped a lot us.

doesn't work on safari, have to use chrome to use it. doesn't print labels well, can't bundle labels onto a sheet, it's pretty crap.

This doesn't work on Safari or Chrome anymore. You have to export the pdf every time to print it, which is a time suck.

Requires cross-domain cookies option enable in the browser to work. The app should be updated to work with modern security/privacy settings. Otherwise, a good app.

It used to be reliable, but now it hasn't been updated for Safari and when I contacted Support they just said to use Chrome instead. Thanks, I prefer Safari. Fix the app.

I have used order print for along time and up until recently it has been excellent and has worked with all the main browsers. However recently Apple had an upgrade to Safari that has caused some issues, so I contacted support and they said they would fix it. Its been a month and nothing has been fixed. If another month goes past and the issue remains unresolved my star rating will be dropped to 2 stars. Just dropped to 2 stars because of the poor service fixing this issue. Totally disgusted with the lack of support to resolve the issues this app is having with Safari Version 13.0.4 (15608.4.9.1.3). Support keeps saying they are fixing it but they have done sweet F A. I would like to amend the star rating on this review to ZERO. Still no action to fix the issues.

I use this to print invoices and create labels for my packages. I have to manually write the address on the package as I'm not able to easily print a label with my logo. Editing the code is difficult for someone like me without any technical background even using the help docs. I am able to print labels easily on not on the Highstreet which is the marketplace where I make most of my sales so it is a shame that the packages I send out using Shopify look less professional for my customers.

trying to customize a packing slip is a complete nightmare with this. just trying to center your logo takes several tries for it to even register. waste of time. great for basic generic INVOICE printing. nothing else.
