If I could give this negative stars I would. Same for shopify support. Spent last five days waiting for a fix. 650 orders in cue with no way to print. Only feedback was to unblock third party cookies. did that a week ago. Fix this shopify. This is your app....and you don't have this feature build in. Why build a platform to sell things and then stop short of actually being able to fulfill orders.

it stupid that you can't add a logo or make minor tweaks. And extra stupid it's not built into Shopify. My packing slips do not even have products on it, I've asked them several times to fix the issue and NO reply. WOW. can someone PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND TELL ME WHY A PACKING SLIP WOULD NOT LIST THE PRODUCTS???

Seems to work fine for me, needed to update the code in the template to include shipping method, but why order printing isn't built into shopify is BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION. Should be part of the platform, it's a basic necessity for any online store!

Shows the wrong images most of the time. Why we have to use a separate app to print an invoice is beyond me. Every other cart out there it's all on one page. Doesn't work in Safari either.

Hola me gustaría saber cómo ajustar los textos a distintas impresoras, ya que al imprimir en impresora termica no se ve bien y si se imprime en una impresora normal una sola orden ocupa una hoja tamaño carta entera.

I needed an Invoice Template, as my orders are not managed by Shopify. So when an order comes in, I might not have all the items. So I have to make changes to the order and after generate an Invoice. This app works very well for this

I used this app for years with no problem. Then all of the sudden it stopped working. I cleared my cache, still won't work. I cannot explain HOW frustrating this is. I CANNOT do what I need for my business. FIX IT!

There is no point using any other app. This one works perfectly and is free for as many orders as you need. I can't even believe the other apps are able to exist with how much they charge for essentially a "prettier" version of this app.

Normally fine and have been using this for about a year. It is a little temperamental - doesn't work on Chrome. But Suddenly stopped working today altogether.

Sometimes work sometimes not, unreliable app. Printing orders/invoices is essential task but for shopify it seems not!!

A good app, but I would really like to see the ability to use {% order.tags %} in order printer though.

I use this app to print all my packing slips, it works really well and I appreciate being able to format the packing slip the way I want to. It can be slightly slow sometimes but otherwise, really love this app.

This used to work but for months now I getter server error when I try to print an invoice. Any way to fix it?

Free and allows me to customize print out template. downside is performance issue. It took a while to load up the invoice.

Unable to add, edit or preview templates. Nothing appears when 'manage templates' is clicked. When orders were selected and sent for printing, nothing appears except for the print button. No preview is shown.

I use this every day for every order. Very customizable. Don't know why some order variables aren't accessible from within templates -- e.g. order tags.

Doesn't let me print more than a few orders at a time. Not sure why but when I select all my orders at a time it doesn't give me the option to print them all.

Just remarkable that a company as big as Shopify cannot integrate customizable packing slips inside the native platform. This app only uses html and liquid, which most Shopify users are not familiar with. This should be something available to customize just like any page or setting in Shopify.
