This app is simple but efficient. As it's free, I don't ask much, I am satisfied with the invoices I can get with it.

does not load on mac even with the latest software version. i have to go to chrome. also, it does not let you customize what you want to show, so it also shows the date at the bottom of the page. i have to take it to pdf then word then customize it. this is not a great business tool!

Used to work great, now it doesn't since I updated to Mojave on Mac. Please fix this! Shopify should be able to bulk print orders with ease

This app is a lifesaver. A little tricky and confusing during setup but once its working it saves so much time and I no longer get emails from customers requesting a formal copy of their invoice.

The app just does not load. From time to time the app stops loading or you need to wait a few minutes in order to be able to print one order.

Zero compatibility with Mac on Safari 12.1, which as of this writing, is the latest version. However, "Order Printer" keeps displaying a message to upgrade Safari. Cache and cookie clearing and app disabling does not remedy the problem. It is unfortunate that Shopify does not provide the very basic function of printing a true receipt/invoice (with costs shown), although it is a basic necessity and provided by all other e-commerce sites. Having to rely on an app, which in turn is non-functional, is not acceptable.

Don't discriminate against Macs. This app used to work. It did everything I needed it to.Now it won't load. Please fix it.

I don't really care for this app very much but it's about the only thing that's truly free. The invoice template, if you can call it that is terrible. Printing an invoice/receipt should be a function that is standard, not have to be an add in!!

I use this app every day but no longer works with Safari and now chrome this morning. What is going on?

Used for a year but doesn't work with Safari anymore. Bug hasn't been fixed nor any word on updated version of the app. Deleted.

Good app, nor problem at the moment. And very useful for keeping invoices. I recommend it, specially if you want to keep trace of your orders.

Worked great when I first got it, but no longer works with Safari. I'm so tired of being told to load another browser. As soon as I find a platform that caters to Apple devices I am gone!

I heavily relied on this app for my packing slips however this hasn't worked for me in months. For some reason it stopped working with Safari. An error message pops up saying I need to have the latest version of safari, when I already do! so Disappointing

We need this working in Safari! It is all we use in the office and we have no intention of switching. So having paid for the template - it no longer works!

Such a great app when it works, and was pretty important to my workflow, but it hasn't worked in Safari in months. Very frustrating!
