I have been using this App for about three years but it no longer works with the latest version of Safari. I am using Safari Version 12.0.3 (14606.4.5) and it will not load. I detest Google Chrome and have no intention of switching browsers just because an App doesn't work. Please get this fixed.

This app used to be SO GOOD, but it won´t let us print orders on our Macbooks anymore. It says this app is not running on your version of Safari. I am running the latest Safari version. This needs a fix ASAP. Always have to switch to Google Chrome to print my orders.

For everyone having issues with the first letter of each line being cut off recently, here is your fix: Edit your invoice template and add this line at the very top of the page (page with all the code): Now at the bottom of the whole template, add the line: This wraps the whole template together and shifts it slightly to the right, so all your missing text on the left should appear. If this does not work try changing the 0.5em to something bigger maybe 1em. Hope this helps!

Have to clear cookies every time I want to print in order for it to work. I'll keep using until I have time to find something else, but very disappointed & frustrated. Could be a great app if issues were resolved.

Absolute pice of crap. Will not print orders on one page with either Mac or pc computers. do not waste your time.

This app worked perfectly for more than a year, when suddenly within the past day or two it was updated (the buttons moved around) and now the first letter of each line of text on my template is cut off.

The same experience as many people below. Used the app successfully for a year with no issues, then suddenly one day doesn't work across any devices or browsers due to 'app incompatibility'. This is clearly a common issue that has affected hundreds of users, yet Shopify has clearly done nothing about it. For a basic feature of Shopify this level of customer service astounds me. Will now have to use a paid app - all of which are pricey. Sort it out Shopify.

Met our needs for a year. Now it won't open on the latest Safari update. We tried giving them time (months) to fix it, but we waited long enough. Deleted.

Worked fine with iPad but not with iMac which is a real pity because I am very happy with the iPad version. Hope they will iron out the hiccups.

Horrible little app. Time consuming & difficult to edit, prints page notes when requested not to, and looks far too basic. Been using it for about a year but am now returning to standard order printing a the standard is just too poor. Complete waste of time and about to be uninstalled.

Doesn't work with IOS(Apple air print). Trying to have as a backup in case of computer problems but it prints a screen shot with a bunch of extra information that is not for customers. I hope that Shopify fixes this app for mobile and doesn't continue to be stuck in the past.

This app worked great on our iPad for about 2 months until it started printing a screen shot of the page as opposed to our templated invoices. reached out to technical support multiple times and have followed up for over 6 months and still not resolved

This is a great app for bulk printing packing slips and Invoices. I have used it for a year or more :)
