The app could be nice if it worked properly very erratic no customer service response. app crashes often and prints notes randomly.

We use this app since few months and it works very well. And we can make templates in many languages. And the team added a mini picture of the product sold in the template so it's fantastic! Thank you!

What's going on?!? App stopped working in Safari and we've invested time and money in making it look nice for customer receipts. Please fix!! Or better yet, just have a decent looking/functioning receipt print out of Shopify directly. HELP!!

It has stopped working with my latest version of Safari- on all devices. I use this a lot and am happy with the app, just need to fix this important issue!!

This app has stopped working with Safari on the iPad. Maybe latest version of IOS as is still working on an older iPad yet to be updated Please fix ASAP. Chrome loads template but print button won’t work. HELP Please advise a fix for this problem Still not working months after the problem first started why can’t you fix it? PLEASE

I find this app very limiting in terms of design. This might be a suitable template for services, hardware, etc but for specialty retail (apparel) it doesn't work for me. There also isn't enough room for a Return Policy. I think you should consider offering more options.

Doesn't run on Safari 12.0 (macOS 10.14 Mojave). Seriously? I'm surprised that this app is having issues with the new version of Safari. So now what do I do?

Stopped working in Safari after years of working well. Have reported more than once, been over a month now, no fix apart from clearing website data every time you want to use it which means you have to log in again and now that not working this morning too. I'm very disappointed as its not been fixed. We are a tiny business and cannot afford to pay lots of different apps for everything so loved this free one until now. Please get it fixed.
