Don't doing print or save to PDF on mobile. Tried multiple times, it just shows print option, once you select the purple it doens't say anything.. just a blank screen. Note : this happened post tjis whole.big Shopify update. Lk

Support is really quite useless. You can email them, however their response is generally very vague, I doubt they actually even read the question you send, but simply give a generic answer. I have had to hire a outside source for every little thing that I feel support really should have been able to take care of. I have been able to get it working, but it's certainly not an app that shopify should really be that proud of.

A very good effort by the team. Appreciated, I need support for one issue i am facing with SubTotal. It is not showing the Original Total but the final total after discount. See the below Example. Subtotal and Total Price showing the same values. 2 x Item Name 1 - Rs.1,198.00 1 x Item name 2 -Rs.599.00 Subtotal price: Rs.1,599.00 Tag used: subtotal_price Includes discount "Custom discount" Rs.-198.00 Total price: Rs.1,599.00 Tag used: total_price

used to love this app as I was able to print from my phone, now since an update unable to do it. very frustrating.

Not super happy with app. When trying to print orders in bulk it skips a bunch so you need to back and print the ones it misses. Good app in theory but it would be nice if it actually worked properly.

Our developers are aware of an issue resulting in skipped orders during bulk printing and are still working on a fix for this. In the meantime, printing from the desktop version of the app should be working as expected, or you can always use a different app such as Order Printer Pro: https://bit.ly/3mPa3a1. It works on desktop browsers. But not on iPhones. It prints only half of the page every time (tried it on different iPhones). That's a pity as it's the only way to have a packing slip with prices displayed

The images are way too small on the order prints, and I'd like to customize this but have found no ways around. The order templates should be customized without coding skills required....

Very slow to load and sometimes misses orders if you do not allow plenty of loading time. No excuse for an app that prints out your orders. Shopify needs to try a little harder!

This App works but there are y view things which block it from being used professionally: 1. If we print orders with lots of articles over more then one dinA4 pages it is chaos meaning at the end of each sheet there is maybe a half of a article shown and the other half on the next side. 2. There is no option to print tags or meta fields on the invoices

I used this app for years with no problem. Then all of the sudden it stopped working. I cleared my cache, still won't work. I cannot explain HOW frustrating this is. I CANNOT do what I need for my business. FIX IT!

Normally fine and have been using this for about a year. It is a little temperamental - doesn't work on Chrome. But Suddenly stopped working today altogether.

Unable to add, edit or preview templates. Nothing appears when 'manage templates' is clicked. When orders were selected and sent for printing, nothing appears except for the print button. No preview is shown.

Just remarkable that a company as big as Shopify cannot integrate customizable packing slips inside the native platform. This app only uses html and liquid, which most Shopify users are not familiar with. This should be something available to customize just like any page or setting in Shopify.

Requires cross-domain cookies option enable in the browser to work. The app should be updated to work with modern security/privacy settings. Otherwise, a good app.

It used to be reliable, but now it hasn't been updated for Safari and when I contacted Support they just said to use Chrome instead. Thanks, I prefer Safari. Fix the app.

I don't really care for this app very much but it's about the only thing that's truly free. The invoice template, if you can call it that is terrible. Printing an invoice/receipt should be a function that is standard, not have to be an add in!!

I heavily relied on this app for my packing slips however this hasn't worked for me in months. For some reason it stopped working with Safari. An error message pops up saying I need to have the latest version of safari, when I already do! so Disappointing

Such a great app when it works, and was pretty important to my workflow, but it hasn't worked in Safari in months. Very frustrating!
