We really like this app, we were faced with having to provide a gift receipt on the spot (our fault...not prepared for that) and by quickly duplicating and modifying the existing template we had one in less than 5 minutes!

Really easy to use! still I don't quite understand why this is an app and is not integrated in the workflow when fulfilling an order, this is not a 3rd party app, is created by shopify, I can't complain about the app, but is an extra step I have to take when fulfilling and I would like to see it integrated in the admin page.

We have been using this app for years and love it. We use our custom made invoice template and it works perfectly. There were some glitches a little bit ago, but everything has been running smoothly. I would give this app 5 stars if it had a wysiwyg editor so I wouldn't have to code the template.

It does what is says. Print your order. However what it does that is annoying. It prints the date that the order is printed, WE NEED THE DATE THAT IT WAS ORDERED. So when a customer emails me around tax time and says they lost the invoice for the product. I go to send them a PDF of the order and it has todays date on it when they ordered almost a year ago. Common Shopify!!! I have to go and photoshop the date to the purchase date every time this happens. Also if you could make a better button for it? Like at the bottom of the order PRINT INVOICE. Is it that hard? Instead we have to remember to click on the three little dots and then select print with order printer. Hard for some employees who don't print orders often to remember where that is.

Not working at present..just brings me to a blank screen...Please sort! Update...stopped working in Chrome, but works ok in Edge

It's great when it works, but within the past few weeks, it acts like it's a new app and asks me to install it. I already have it... don't need to install it. I might uninstall it now.

I've been using this app for a couple of years. It is now broken. No word from Shopify about when it might be fixed. Has ruined the Shopify experience for me at the moment - it's a real drag getting my orders printed off.

Was previously an excellent app. But in the last month all it does is prompt us to download it again and again and then when it does eventually want to work it just reverts back to printing old archived orders that you didn't even select. This is highly frustrating , i have emailed support multiple times and no resolution .

Great app but keeps asking to register again & again & again which is time consuming & a nuisance when you are trying to print orders.

Work fine up to last week, redirects me to the app page or pull up the wrong invoice so really need to check before printing. What's happened? Now it has been working fine so I update my rating.

Been working fine but for the past month it keeps redirecting to the app page which is very annoying as sometimes it takes several tries to get it to go to the printing page. Please fix this.

Overall a great app, but in the last few weeks just keeps re-directing me to get the 14 day trial app (that I already have) when I go to print an invoice. Hope you can fix this bug.

Has been fantastic - recently it keeps redirecting us to the app store and showing us an old invoice. Hoping this can be fixed and get back to being great!

This app is great for what it is, but I wish the layout of the invoices and packing slips had a little nicer design...or at least were more customizable. But the basic functionality is fine.

Me too, prints previous invoice used when you restart it. While writing, how about at least a couple of better presented forms! The standard one looks like it was printed in a newsprint press!

Love this app, but it doesn't work properly anymore. About half the time now, Whenever I try to print invoices w/this app, I'm redirected to the App store. It's very annoying! Please fix this.

As the previous poster commented, my orders also have been going to this page and I have to back up and try again to make it work. Not a huge problem but very annoying.
