Starting in April, when I choose print the app now takes me to this page on the app store instead of formatting my orders for printing. I have to go back to the home page and do the process a second time for it to work. Time consuming for a real business trying to produce invoices and orders.

Simple and easy to use. I decided to go with Shipping Easy to do shopify and etsy orders, but this is a better option for just shopify or for a limited budget.

This worked at first but now suddenly does not show the product photos on the invoice (the only reason we purchased this app) and says "ERROR FORBIDDEN". We did not change anything on our end it just stopped working. And support on this app is VERY SLOW it takes over a week for a reply and in the meantime our invoices to customers look unprofessional. Not happy.

It is OK but the font is very big. I contacted support and they knew of the problem but they could not fix it for some reason so a bit disappointed.

Really easy to use and gives you a lot more customization for invoices and packing slips. I need invoices for both retails and wholesale customers so it's great to have the option to customize these prints to particular customers. It helps to know a little HTML if you want to make a lot of changes.

We have been using order printer for about a year. Nice looking invoices! So much better than the basic Shopify invoice/packing list. Great support also. Amazing considering that it's free!

worked great for us and was able to customize reports. had some issues with refreshing template after modifying, but just need to be patient.

Code For Packing slip including items but not price can be made by creating a new template and combining the code in the two templates provided.
