What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders. However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.

Excellent app that adds valuable time-saving features that are very well thought of. It makes both mine and my customers life much simpler. Reduces friction and makes customers feel more in-charge. It may be counter-intuitive to allow customers to cancel orders so easily but, in the end, it works the other way around. It reassures them that we're not out to get their money.

So far so good! Installed just moments ago... all configured (thanks to the easy to follow instructions) and new features are working great!

Easy to Install, great process and flow, easilly customizable, should put some power back in the customers hand, Don't understand why this isn't native in Shopify.

So far the app has been serving it's purpose. Allowing customers the flexibility of cancelling an order without having to contact us, saving us customer service time as well.

Works like a charm. We have a very complicated checkout process and editing orders seemed like it would be very difficult until we found this app. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Thi app is great, order cancellation phone calls have pretty much stopped. We use this at www.autopartscheaper.com

Our customers can rest assured shopping with us because of this app! It gives them peace of mind to know they have control of what they order, if they need to edit or change it, or if they wish to cancel it. This is a great time and hassle-saver for us, as well. Thank You!
