Awesome App and awesome support. Very fast....we had to do an emergency theme update because our old theme just flat out stopped working! Had to get everything up and running again, and these folks got us back on track fast. Would definitely recommend this app for your back in stock notifications.

Great app that actually works! I've tried several similar apps, but this one is the first one that actually worked. It has alot of customizations and it's still very simple to set up! Support was very helpful with a design request that I had. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful app to drive sales by informing customers when an item they want is back in stock after being sold out. Tarik was very helpful and always available with prompt responses to any of my inquires.

Really great customer support! I got help within no-time, it was friendly, helpful and we could figure out, that the problem wasn't in the app, but on my own side. The app itself does absolutely what it should do. It is setup and styled very easily. I absolutely like it!

This app is fine if you just want to send manually and to your whole list. I have used it for years and years. Lately I've been wanting to send automatically or in batches, but this app isn't working well at all. The system actually sent 150 people a notification, when there was just one item added to stock. Big mistake that cost me thousands in revenue. I reached out and the developers were working on it for days, but they never found the solution. Then, this happened again! That's why I'm leaving for now.

Useful customer support. I'm on the free plan, and Nitesh (once he understood the issue properly) sent a helpful screen recording of an option to try for my issue - which I hadn't spotted because it needed to be scrolled to and wasn't obvious on my screen. To get to that stage took an hour, but in the end I got a really useful bit of user info. The only thing I'd change about the app is to make the pop-up on out of stock items less intrusive, perhaps by allowing a delay timer on it appearing. Seems to work well, and has generated sales. A great service for my online customers, and time-saver for me as a micro-business!

This app generates sales, it is a must-have for us. I received fantastic customer support very quickly when I had questions about installing it in a new theme. They made the transition seamless.

Tarik Kadric was wonderful in resolving my urgent matter. Had mistakenly sent out notifications to over 1000 people, and he resolved the issue with great speed and attention to detail. not only that, but as we were a valued customer they removed the extra expense in uploading the lost notifications as a way of appreciation of our long standing relationship. Cannot recommend highly enough. 2.8.2024 Tarik AGAIN! Was incredibly helpful in guiding us through possible changes to emails. Also extremely knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us correct what subdomain the emails are sent from. Truly the most helpful person i have come across in the company. He is an asset to the company.

We had a js issue on installing the app, which includes a bit of debugging and customization. Amrinder was very responsive and fixed the issue in one day! We really enjoy communicating and the whole process. Best of the best! Really appreciate the help!

Their support made my visual dreams come true whit patient and the app looks so clean in our store now. I haven´t got many clients to use it yet but i did some quick testes and it works perfectly!

After several years with this app mostly working well, it was not functioning on my latest attempt to notify customers. It took customer service 3 days to respond and 5 days to fix it, but I was eventually able to send the notifications--5 days after I had hoped to.

Unfortunately our developers are UK-based so when we received your support request at 7.30pm on Friday night no one was available to help until Monday. Although we responded within 1 working day and resolved the issue within 2 working days we completely understand how frustrating this issue must have been for you. This app has really helpful our small business especially during COVID-19 with supply issues . It has also reduced my workload as I no longer get product enquiries about "when will this be available" Amrinder was amazing with the set up and is always so very quick to respond and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this App.
