No la recomiendo para nada, para 2 problemas que he tenido no han solucionado nada, para esto es casi mejor trabajar directamente con la empresa transportista. Los precios son mas altos que otras compañías similares.

Clonky and buggy app. Had to add sender details three times as it failed to save or accept it. It couldn't find the post code until you try multiple times. And when we try to add delivery service, a fixed popup comes up that will not go away ("With your Shopify pricing plan, you can generate shipments from the orders tab, but you cannot display our shipping prices to your customers."). Who's got the time to constantly be in touch with support for all these buggy apps if basic features fail?

I strongly urge against this app. The customer service is terrible. Every time you have a technical issue there is no response at all, and you have to resolve the issue yourself. Today, a customer service representative reset my password, and then erased all of my orders, my integrations and APIs with Shopify, and all of the bills paid. This happened in the morning and no one has called me back to resolve the issue. Find another transport service. You will only be disappointed by this one. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Son unos estafadores!! Si realmente quieres evitar problemas y ahorrar en tus envíos no utilices esto. Te cobran unos sobrecostes desproporcionados sin previo aviso por 1 centímetro de caja que no es real (siempre utilizamos las mismas cajas) Primero puse una reseña de 5 estrellas pero era demasiado pronto, al final con tantas penalizaciones se pierde dinero. Estafadores de manual, eviten usar esta app!!

Horrible service by packlink By being such a liar towards customers pretending that packages are going to be picked up and 12 days later nothing still and only reply I get is reschedule for next day this is the worse provider when it comes too be honest and finding solutions. Reply: I was in contatc with packlink every day and nobody provided a solution or the decency to be honest regarding the carrier's issues and still till now is unknown to many customers. Please everyone go to trustpilot and see what is really happening.

DO NOT USE THEM, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVEICE, SINCE DAYS CONTACTING THEM TO LOCATE MY PICK UP, THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTONS, JUST ASK ME TO CANCEL MY SHIPMENT AFTER WAITING 3 DAYS, ITS A SCAM COMPANY, LOST TWO DAYS TRACKING A PAQUETE, AGAIN NO SUPPORT, NO INFORMATION, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, PURE HEADACHE.

El peor servicio de atención al cliente. Estuvimos trabajando 4 meses con ellos y no fueron capaces de resolver las incidencias que iban surgiendo con los transportistas. Muchas veces, seleccionábamos una franja horaria para que viniera el transportista y no venía. Muy poco serio. Dejamos de trabajar con Packlink cuando nos cobraron 13,36€ de suplemento porque supuestamente habíamos enviado un paquete hacía 2 meses de un peso 14 veces mayor al real y unas medidas inmensas. Nosotros vendemos mascarillas higiénicas y en ningún caso 200 mascarillas pueden pesar 9,55kg. El servicio de atención al cliente nos pedía enviarles una fotografía del paquete encima de una báscula con la etiqueta del transportista, una foto que obviamente no teníamos. NUNCA MÁS PACKLINK

Gracias por la review. Comentarte que la refacturacion por desvacion es un proceso automatico que se lanza en cuando el transportista scanea el envio. Esta fuera de nuestra operativa. No obstante vamos a retomar el expediente y hablar conel transportista para ver de donde viene el error y solucionar este problema. Un agente le contactara sin falta mañana. Lamentamos lo occurido y vamos a poner todo los medios possible para resover este incidente. Packlink Team

Application facile à utiliser ou installer par contre en cas de soucis, leur service client sur le site est inutile et le pire que je connaisse. Cela fait 2 mois que je demande à avoir un commercial en ligne car on m'avait offert des expéditions et cela n'a jamais été le cas. On "transmet" la demande mais personne ne me contacte. Idem pour un soucis technique de synchronisation avec Amazon 1 mois 1/2 pour que la solution soit trouvée mais sans retour de leur part pour me dire que c'est résolu. 8 mois après (novembre) c'est toujours autant la galère pour avoir quelqu'un !! fuyez fuyez fuyez

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life!!!! My customer made an order and just the delivery its self costed £20 as he wanted it express delivery. I find out that apparently the delivery company did not have the information regarding my delivery (I don't know if this was Pack links fault or not) which then led for them to pick it up late, then the 1 day express delivery turned into 7 days. My customer obviously cancelled the order and was not happy. I then tried to contact pack links customer service department via the chat to sort out the cancellation/ diverting the parcel back and they either ignored my messages or took 24-48 hours for an automated random message that didn't answer any of my queries or concerns. The customer service department (or the person i had at least) does not care or want to help. It feels like, after they have taken your money that's their part done. I requested my case to be passed onto someone else but that suggestion had also been ignored. I really do not recommend using pack link - you spend more hours trying to sort out the deliveries yourself and is a complete waste of time. Overall for this one delivery I have been on messages or on the phone for over 4 hours and still not got to the end of it. On another note - they have taken money out of my account without notice or any information to why they are doing it, and I'm still waiting for a reply... assuming I will have to wait another 24-48 hours time due to the lack of care from this company. 1 Star in generous!

I am not happy with service parcel did not arrive and was destroyed i did not recieve notification of this from packlink or ups. my company is now out of pocket as i have sent goods and had to resend parcel. wouldnt recommend.

Les emails de suivi envoyés pas Packlink ne contiennent pas le nom de notre marque, du coup nos clients n'associent pas l'email qu'ils recoivent avec leur achat sur notre site. Aussi, le sujet de l'email est "Suivez votre envoi : FR2021PRO0000330107", pas du tout informatif. Contrairement aux autres plateformes en France (Sendcloud), Packlink ne vous donne pas la possibilité d'éditer les emails de suivi, ce qui ruine notre expérience cliente. Une situation qui laisse à désirer, vraiment dommage car les prix proposés par Packlink sont top. Il suffirait de pouvoir éditer le sujet, ajouter un logo et le nom de la boutique !

Very unhappy with the service, but didn't find a better replacement. Sometimes works great but when there is a small issue the customer service doesn't help, first they are not available, then when I rich them out they do nothing. Worst is the website doesn't offer accurate information, I got an update that the package is in transit when it got returned. I guess it depends on the carrier, some are more reliable than others, but when I have the bad luck of a bad carried the Packlink customer service is dreatfull.

Ottima app e buon servizio clienti. La uso per spedizioni con poste italiane, facile da impostare e usare. Purtroppo poi è successo che ho avuto problemi con una spedizione (andata in giacenza) e non ho più ricevuto assistenza. Una persona mi dice il pacco è in consegna l'altra mi dice che è in sede (a 90 km di distanza dall'indirizzo corretto). Ho riscritto per più chiarimenti ma nessuna risposta. Le risposte che ricevo sembrano robotiche. Unfortunately, had to update the review because the first one was peer pressured (the guy called me more than once to tell me to leave a 5 star review, even though he didn't help much). After using this platform for a while, I realized there is literally zero customer service and assistance. You have to wait ages on the chat and they close it after two words. No telephone available for calling and getting help.

No funciona como debe, sólo se limita a enviar los datos de envío del cliente, pero no se marca como enviado el pedido, no sincroniza, no añade el número de seguimiento, por lo tanto, sigues haciendo trabajo manual. Escribí a soporte, me atendieron bien en primer momento, luego ya han desaparecido y no dan respuesta. Sólo se limitan a decir que si tienes el CCS anual de Shopify, cosa no necesaria puesto otras apps funcionan mejor que esta sin necesidad de CCS. Si tienes dos direcciones de remitente añadidas en packlink, siempre coge a por defecto, pese a tener configurada otra en la app de shopify. Por lo tanto tienes que ir cambiando todo manualmente. Aún le queda mucho que mejorar y resolver. *** Actualizado después de la respuesta de Packlink: ** - no se han puesto en contacto - lo que confirman que hace la app a mi no me lo hace.

Two serious problems. 1) At least once in two orders are not automatically processed on shopify, so I have to process and attach tracking codes to hundreds of orders every week. 2) The DHL tracking code is not the classic 9-character one, but a much longer one, which does not work with shopify's automatic tracking for customers.

I was pleased in the beginning, but after a year of use here is what I found out. Untill your first problem, you might think packlink is actually good, but oh god it is not. If there is a problem with a package, you will lose money and a lot of time. The customer service is a joke. They have no control over anything so they can never help you. It is UNNECESSARY. Packlink plays the middleman with no added value with the carrier. The carrier will not help you since directly since you used their services from packlink. It just adds an opaque administrative layer, which will bog down your file and make any problem a pain in the A. Every the 3 o 4 orders with delivery in relay point, the selection of the relay point simply does not work. I must therefore very often send an email to the customer, to ask them to choose a relay point via the carrier's website directly and to communicate it to me so that I can enter it manually into the system. It's an ordeal because it's soooo recurrent. It extends the processing time of an order by 2 days. The customer is not happy and this is understandable. Long story short, on paper it's cool. In practice, in the long run it is really a waste of time and money. There are more competent competitors, DO NOT hesitate to go elsewhere. They said, they'll get in touch with me but they didn't ------------------------------FRENCH ------------------------- J'étais conquis au début, mais après un an d'utilisation voici ce qu'il en ressort. Le service est presque correct quand tout vas bien, mais en cas de problème avec un colis, vous allez perdre de l'argent et beaucoup beaucoup de temps. Le service client est une blague. Ils n'ont la main sur rien et ne pourront donc jamais vous aider. C'est INUTILE. Packlink joue l'intermédiaire sans plus-value avec le transporteur. Il ajoute juste une couche administrative opaque, qui va embourber votre dossier et dont on se passerait bien. Toutes les 3/4 commandes avec livraison en point relais, la sélection du point relais ne fonctionne simplement pas . Je dois donc très souvent renvoyer un mail au client, pour leurs demander de choisir un point relais via le site du transporteur directement et de me le communiquer pour que je puisse le rentrer dans le système. C'est un calvaire tellement c'est récurrent. Ça rallonge de 2 jours le temps de traitement d'une commande. Le client n'est pas content et c'est bien normal. Bref, sur le papier c'est cool. En pratique, sur le long terme c'est vraiment une perte de temps et d'argent. Il existe des concurrents plus compétents, n'hésitez pas aller voir ailleurs. Ils ont tout de même dit qu'il me contacterait sur ces sujets mais ne l'ont jamais fait.

No la puedo calificar aun porque no empece todavía con ningún envio , pero Penelope la persona que me fue ayudando a configurar la plataforma fue muy profesional y me facilito el camino. creo que lo tengo todo listo para empezar a vender .
