Quand tout va bien, l'application est géniale. Par contre des qu'un colis est perdu, le service client n'est plus la ... Obligé de passer par eux en plus pour faire des reclamations. Bref passez directement par les transporteurs ou d'autres applications mais pas Packlink ...

l'app è comoda e funzionale ottima integrazione con i vari marketplace l'assistenza in particolare modo è molto efficente, cito la mia referente responsabile account, BRUNELLA ESPOSITO che a suo tempo mi invitò a provare il loro servizio con una ottima argomentazione. E devo ammettere che il servizio è ottimo

If you are planning to get a heart attack or enjoy having anger tantrums a couple of times a week this app is definitely for you!!! No help whatsoever!!!! You try to contact carriers instead, but they say they can't help you because Packlink has to contact them in your name. I had to pay 45 euros for a return shipment from Italy to Spain. They gave me an erroneous label twice. I had to contact the customer 3 times to share 3 different labels. After that, they collected the package but instead of TNT they brought it to UPS, only god knows why. The package was lost for a week. UPS contacted my customer saying they have the package in their office but they don't know why naturally, it was supposed to be brought to TNT. The package is still at the UPS office in Milan, I have been waiting for 3 days for them to collect the package from where they left and bring it to BCN. I contacted Packlink maybe 250 times during this process, but they can't be bothered to call TNT and tell them to collect my package from UPS office, which is apparently on the same street according to the customer. I definitely lost the customer, I cannot make the refund before receiving the items. And, after what happened I cannot charge the customer for the refund now lost 45 euros for the shipment, additionally, I had to give the customer a 10% discount, luckily we know she never gonna use it. Can't get back my products back, nor do I know if they are ok. The value of the items is around 150 Euros. And, I still can't get any help. Today, without any shame they told me again to call TNT knowing that they wouldn't help me, I was about to throw my laptop out of the window. Nonostante il servizio clienti sia veloce, purtroppo i tempi in caso di problemi sulle spedizioni (non avendo un contratto e contatto diretto con lo spedizioniere) sono biblici. Il servizio di tracking inoltre non funziona bene e non fa capire dove esattamente si trovi il pacco.

App che utilizzo da tempo per il mio piccolo store online, mi trovo molto bene e riesco a trovare ottimi prezzi. Devo ringraziare vivamente Davide Boscato, che mi ha saputo aiutare nel collegare l'app al mio store e soprattutto devo ringraziarlo per l'assistenza e per le chiamate che mi ha fatto, sempre gentile e disponibile. App versatile e utilissima per ogni tipo di spedizione. Il vero punto forte è l'assistenza velocissima e preparata. Ringrazio Davide Boscato, l'assistente che mi ha seguito nella configurazione e adattamento dell'app al mio e-commerce. La consiglio vivamente a tutti neofiti ed esperti!

Ho da poco avviato una attività e le spedizioni erano un problema, avendo zero storico. Avevo provato un paio di altri servizi ma i prezzi erano troppo alti e il margine andava a farsi benedire. Con Packlink mi sto trovando benissimo oltre alla facilità di utilizzo direttamente da shopify, l'ho usato anche per spedizioni extra sito arrivate dai social. Ringrazio Brunella Esposito, per avermi aiutato ad impostare il sito e sostenuto nelle prime fasi. Avevo un dubbio e mi ha risposto alla mail in tempo zero. Consiglio

Brunella Esposito é stata fantastica a spiegarmi per bene tutto. Ha organizzato una call appena dopo aver mandato una mail per maggiori chiarimenti e mi ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni in meno di 10 minuti. Mi ha aiutato ad integrare PackLink al mio shopify. FINALMENTE! Packlink credo sia l'unica piattaforma di spedizioni che si installa velocemente e senza problemi su shopify. TOP! grazie

Uso l'applicazione da qualche mese e mi trovo bene, come mi sono iscritto mi ha contattato quasi subito l'addetto commerciale che mi ha preso in carico che trovo in gamba e preparato e ogni tanto mi chiama per vedere se va tutto bene e se mi serve qualcosa. Direi quindi tutto bene ma vorrei segnalare 2 piccole pecche, 1. Purtroppo non c'è la possibilita di spedire in contrassegno 2. Sarebbe utile poter avere la possibilita di scegliere se si vuole la presa del corriere oppure no perché a volte vado direttamente io in filiale e poi il corriere passa lo stesso per il ritiro e mi spiace far perdere tempo all'autista

Packlink è davvero molto semplice da usare, ma, grazie alla consulenza della mia responsabile account Brunella Esposito, ho scoperto modalità per migliorarne l'utilizzo e per ottenere ulteriori vantaggi.

Estoy encantado con la integración de la app, me hace la vida muchísimo más fácil. gracias a Julia B. por explicármelo todo tan bien. Como dato, estaría bien que te hiciese confirmar los pesos y medidas de los paquetes por que a veces de forma predeterminada te introduce unos valores por defecto que no siempre son reales. Pero por todo lo demás, perfecto.

Consigliata! Il mio referente è Davide Boscato ed è sempre stato puntale e presente in caso di necessità. Ottimo servizio e Davide è un grande professionista.
