servizio di spedizioni perfetto. si occupano di fornire il tracking al cliente nel momento stesso in cui viene acquistata la spedizione. si può scegliere tra tante opzioni veloci e convenienti con ritiro in sede. assistenza velocissima e molto disponibile. siamo stati assegnati ad un ragazzo molto disponibile e veloce che appena si è assentato siamo stati passati immediatamente a Ciro Improta che è stato altrettanto veloce e disponibile per ogni richiesta. consigliato al 100%

I found this makes internet selling so much easier. It's perfect when everything is delivered but challenging when you try to track a late delivery. I have found my contact Jaime very helpful to get me started.

Great app. I had issues at the beginning but it has finally been solved. I can print my stickers. There is still improvements to be done to make it perfect.

Really happy so far, everything works smooth, shipping costs are amazing and the service is great too. My customer service contac is Markus Laimbauer and was very nice.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life!!!! My customer made an order and just the delivery its self costed £20 as he wanted it express delivery. I find out that apparently the delivery company did not have the information regarding my delivery (I don't know if this was Pack links fault or not) which then led for them to pick it up late, then the 1 day express delivery turned into 7 days. My customer obviously cancelled the order and was not happy. I then tried to contact pack links customer service department via the chat to sort out the cancellation/ diverting the parcel back and they either ignored my messages or took 24-48 hours for an automated random message that didn't answer any of my queries or concerns. The customer service department (or the person i had at least) does not care or want to help. It feels like, after they have taken your money that's their part done. I requested my case to be passed onto someone else but that suggestion had also been ignored. I really do not recommend using pack link - you spend more hours trying to sort out the deliveries yourself and is a complete waste of time. Overall for this one delivery I have been on messages or on the phone for over 4 hours and still not got to the end of it. On another note - they have taken money out of my account without notice or any information to why they are doing it, and I'm still waiting for a reply... assuming I will have to wait another 24-48 hours time due to the lack of care from this company. 1 Star in generous!

Thanks for such a passionate people out there! My work and shipping ( that always is the most stressful part of the business ) became easy and painless. Thank you X

Packlink Pro è un servizio eccellente che offre prezzi competitivi, l'app per Shopify è comodissima, semplice, intuitiva e comoda! Non la conoscevo, ma grazie alla responsabile del mio account Brunella Esposito ho connesso il mio negozio shopify al profilo Packlink Pro con pochi e semplici click, velocizzando in questo modo la fase di preparazione delle etichette di spedizione e rendendo il tutto più semplice e rapido! Me he instalado la app para probar el servicio en mi tienda online. Para ayudarme en la instalación y funcionamiento me ha atendido Antonio Funes , que me ha sido de gran ayuda y me ha resuelto todas las dudas. La app es muy fácio y muy útil . Una lástima que para los clientes de Shopify Basic no podamos tener todas las funcionalidades que ofrece Pack Link , ya que facilitaría mucho el proceso de venta , envío y servicio post-venta.

Good app and easy to use .. James was super helpful in the setup and always answered my calls if I needed a little extra support.. only 4 stars due to a small issue with the extraction of order information and tariff codes for export orders .. but for domestic shipments it works well .. :)

Me atendio Jesus Ganet, por un problema de configuracion en los envios nacionales e internacionales y muy contentos con su soporte. Se conecto de forma inalambrica a mi equipo y lo soluciono en un momento, ademas de resolver de forma muy eficaz a todas nuestras dudas. Este tipo de soporte es el que buscabamos realmente a la hora de contar con una plataforma de envios como partner logistico. Muy contentos.

Sehr hilfreiche App. Macht das versenden sehr viel einfacher und die Preise sind sind auch günstig. Ich hatte ein Problem und mir wurde per E-Mail schnell geholfen. Mir wurde dann sogar telefonisch geholfen und das Problem gelöst. Also super Support! Danke :-)
