Applicazione molto utile e ben fatta, l'assistenza molto cortese e ben preparata...consiglio per chi cerca una soluzione facile per spedire i propri ordini.

Abbiamo utilizzato questa piattaforma subito dal primo giorno dell'apertura del nostro store online, e devo dire che è ottimo per chi come noi ha aperto di fretta e furia a causa del COVID-19. Il motivo è che non abbiamo dovuto fare contratti con i corrieri e i prezzi sono ottimi, si può scegliere il corriere, i servizi con vari prezzi. Gestisce tutti i processi una volta creata la spedizione sul loro sito. Il pagamento è comodo via Paypal. E oggi sono stato anche contattato in meno di 24 ore dall'assistenza per un problema su una consegna che per fortuna si è risolto da solo.

Two serious problems. 1) At least once in two orders are not automatically processed on shopify, so I have to process and attach tracking codes to hundreds of orders every week. 2) The DHL tracking code is not the classic 9-character one, but a much longer one, which does not work with shopify's automatic tracking for customers.

Contentísimos. Ya habíamos usado PackLink anteriormente y conocíamos lo bien que funcionan y su buen servicio de atención al cliente. No podríamos estar más satisfechos ahora que lo hemos integrado a la tienda. Funciona perfectamente.

Una excelente aplicación muy intuitiva, con precios muy atractivos, con la que podrás poder ahorrar muchas horas de trabajo. Estaría muy bien que todas las lastima que hay funciones de opcion de envio para clientes en la versión Básica de Shopify

Wir benutzen Packlink schon seit 2020 für unseren Shopify Store. Sowohl im Shop, also auch Standalone hat uns Packlink schon eine Menge an Versandkosten und vor allem Bearbeitungszeit eingespart. Ein großes Plus ist der immer Kunden-Support. Unser Ansprechpartner Markus ist telefonisch immer sofort erreichbar wenn es mal Rückfragen oder Probleme gibt, damit der Versand immer flüssig läuft, und wir die besten Versandoptionen nutzen.

Sicuramente un'ottima soluzione per spedire gli ordini, i prezzi delle spedizioni sono decisamente concorrenziali ed il servizio di assistenza è ottimo e puntuale. Noi siamo al momento molto soddisfatti di questa App dopo averne provate diverse. ---- Definitely an excellent solution for shipping orders, shipping prices are very competitive and the assistance service is excellent and punctual. We are currently very satisfied with this App after having tried several.

Acabo de empezar a realizar en envío a través de Packlink Pro y estoy súper contento, tanto por las múltiples opciones de envío como por las tarifas que ofrecen. El equipo es muy profesional, y tengo que agradecer a Jesús su llamada personalizada ofreciéndome su ayuda e informándome del funcionamiento de los envíos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Sin duda un acierto :)
