While I’m extremely new to this app and a tad technically challenged, I find it odd that I have to connect a mouse to drag and drop rather than use my Apple Pencil. Also I’ve noticed a lag in my store since installing the app. Hopefully it’s just because I’ve had it open constantly. Customer Service Chat I give 10 stars! I give it 5 stars for customer service, but 2 stars for user friendliness. Whereas in Shopify you can build a homepage in minutes, in this app it is complex, time consuming and no easy way to make a mobile friendly version of a desktop design. If you have landscape images for desktop and portrait for mobile, you need to essentially create two different designs. And neither of these will be optimised for tablet, so that would be another design to add. I would pay for this app if it was more user-friendly.

To be honest, this app makes no different then other. The ONLY reason that keeps me using it, is the stability of it (and the fear of switching to others). Some of their outsourced CS service are mildly "okayish", be prepare for around 30% of disappointment, because most of the KEY FUNCTION that could actually make a different within their field, they cannot meet it, or blame it to their R&D/HTML nature. Pagefly team, if you really want to leverage your business, service, and stability of your application, you would really need to at least make it user friendly for mid-pro designer who migrates from software/platform like Figma and so on. Imagine the shares you could get from more content/templates/theme/section/elements creator you could get from this market. I fully understand it does in fact base on HTML, but perhaps this is the tech barrier that your R&D could make a different, to turn you to become the actual winner. Simple functions/features: - True Drag & Drop, complete freedom within a certain area; - Layers overlapping; - Built-in Mega Menus (if its already built-in, beautifully, I doubt any would risk to chose other); - Simple tips: just copy the heck out of Figma/Adobe series interface logics. Once again, the right -side tool-bar is like a spacecraft dashboard, I HAVE to maneuver between sections, rows, columns, etc, for ONLY one feature adjustment. Its a complete nightmare when the shop design are semi-dynamic a.k.a a bit more complicated than other.

I thank the person who helped me today but I do find this app terribly complicated compared to say wordpress. I shall endeavour to master it but surely it could be made far simpler.

it is a bit difficult for me to use it . I may need more time to understand the logic and practice it. On the other hand, the technical support is really very good and I appreciated very much.

The support team was supper helpful. However, I feel that the elements are not very customizable and without support it is very hard to figure out how to get the page to look the way that you want to. When you have items that are on discount through shopify, that does not show up on the landing page because shopify doesn't change the price on the product page when you generate a discount. You essentially still need to do a lot of design work in something like Canva to create a modern look with great graphics then pull it into Pagefly.

Links to products in the collections view (product title and product image) are not clickable This is not good user experience: users cannot copy links via left mouse click, users cannot reliably use ctrl+click or middle mouse click to open the product in a new tab. In that place clearly HTML links should be used. Apart from that, the page editor is easy to use, looks good, and support from PageFly is helpful and responsive.

This is possibly the best page building app on shopify, but unfortunately the forced page building upgrade has changed all of my pages and there's no way to go back to the old editor. So I'm forced to spend hours re-formatting all of my pages.

This website is soooo glitchy and slow its very hard to edit pages and very time consuming. Overall, they do have great templates and great customer service but it can be very confusing to edit.

The app can be a bit complex and frustrating to use at times, but the customer service is really helpful and fix a lot of the issues I have.

Normally really great customer support. Today, however, it's rated a 1 star. Sami was not helpful at all and I needed his help. I had to keep asking him to reply and he took forever. People are busy, when we go to chat, we need immediate help. We don't have time to wait around.

I really wish I could rank it higher. It has been a blessing to be able to create landing pages for my products. It helped my ROI immensely. Unfortunately, in these days of SEO, their page speed is much lacking. When you go to their site to find out how to speed it up, the article is very defensive, blaming the site speed on everything else. I set up a simple contact form using their base template and the Google Lighthouse speed rating was a 23. I will continue to use it until I can test other Shopify page builders and their speed. User experience is first and foremost today. Pagefly has an easy platform, so they are great at that. I'm trying to give my customers user experience and Pagefly isn't the best at that speed-wise.

The customer service is always very quick and helpful - major highlight of the app. Special shoutout to Randy who just solved a full width issue we've been having for a while. At times the app itself is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be, but overall its doing what we need to.

I personally found this app very frustrating to use. I would find it useful if the 'bot'/chat help were able to talk on the phone or have a share-screen capability. I think issues would be sorted out much quicker if that was the case. I feel that their support tried to help me, but the platform seemed to have strange mini-bugs that made what I was creating look inaccurate. Useful app, I found it hard to use.

I'm giving 3 stars because sometimes support is good and sometimes it's really terrible. I think, sometimes they know how to help and other times they don't know how to fix some of the glitches in PageFly. If they ask me one more time to try a different browser (we have multiple staff in multiple countries who are all experiencing the same glitch) I think I might lose my mind :) I find PageFly good and it has created a good website design for us but it is clunky and can be troublesome. I think maybe it's the best option out there but Shopify... really? This is what you leave us with - all these clunky apps.

This app has lots of great features. BUT. There is one extremely annoying aspect to it. There is a 24 hour chat service run by a bunch of people who are completely clueless. Every time I ask for help I lose hours of my time going round in circles with them, and regularly things end up worse than before. It is extremely frustrating, they are not properly trained and do not know what they are doing. It needs to be sorted out for this to be a good app.

Generally it's very good. It can take a while to learn, as to me, some of the UI isn't very intuitive. The online help is good, though not always available in office hours to those of us in Europe. On the whole, it's a good, useful app. Just editing to add. They put a very obviously unfinished page (lots of their own placeholder graphics etc) live by accident. Be a little careful with their support as some of it is poor - the good people seem very good, but they have some pretty inexperienced people on their help desk also and mistakes on their part can be pretty disastrous. We ended up with totally messed up front page - live for several hours as this happened outside our office hours. We now emphasise to them that pages should NOT be put live without our expressly okaying this.
