I find the PageFly app easy to use for me as a beginner. I give 5 stars to Junie who assisted me to make edits to my landing page, she gave me notes to make my landing page looks better and helped me with clear instructions. I appreciate that free feedback from PageFly, so thank you :) I love people from Pagefly because they're very helpful, even for other apps for shopify like e-mail marketing apps.

Great app, it helps us create a beautiful looking and functioning website. One of the biggest benefits is the top-notch customer service or should I say Live Chat. Every time I have any issues I always get quick replies by really lovely and helpful agents. I am very very happy with this page builder. I got it because it had the option for custom fonts but it ended up being so much more than that, it is a full page building experience.

Great app to build your customized web pages. I appreciate the support chat function. I get quick responses 7 days a week and these support team members help. I needed a code for a sticky cart button and they created the code for me and showed me exactly where I could change and enhance the code. Honestly, I can not remember that I ever experienced such a great, fast, and useful service. it feels like these guys are part of my team building my website. I am just starting to build pages in Shopify, but with this app, I already create professional PDP's. Much better than paying for a predefined template.
Extremely disappointed with this app. It lacks the basic functionality to select only main product images, instead pulling images for all variants, which massively slows down page speed. Moreover, the support team's insistence on additional charges to rectify their own bug is unacceptable. Not recommended.

A brilliant app for those who want to build custom pages but who don't have any coding experience. Customer service is 10/10, special mention to Abed who helped me via the live chat to resolve a few issues I was having. Much appreciated! Highly recommend it for all entrepreneurs with a vision for their store that goes beyond the standard themes.

Pagefly is an amazing tool to enhance the look and feel of any website...Indeed, just like most other tech related things, there is a learning curve to using this well..it can be quite challenging in the start (and hence the 4 stars), but gets better as you get the hang of it. The live support though is amazing..to help you at a moment's notice. I was assisted by a person named Jess and she was amazing help. I would suggest Pagefly to implement/integrate live web calls (like skype/zoom/teams) to compliment the live support that you provide to aid in quicker information flow between client and support for faster resolution. The sharing of screenshots, etc takes too long and is cumbersome to resolve every issue, especially if there are several queries or the client is not that savvy. This would really set you apart from your competitors. (I should actually be credited for this amazing business idea :D :D). Looking forward to amazing results with Pagefly. Cheers.

This app is sooooooo helpful. I love being able to quickly & easily update my site on my own. The customer service is also grade A. Definitely one of my favorite apps for my store!
