pros: technical assistants are great and skilled to resolve my issues. cons: wait time of live chat is uncertain, and the live chat tool prompt is bad to use because it scrolls randomly when new messages came in.

App can definitely improve in terms of landing page look in general, but they have EXTREMLY GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They literally helped me coding and editing a landing page.

Great app. their chat service is very good. When you have something to fix, you can ask them by chat. Then they will solve the problem so quickly ! This is the best landing page builder.

Fast reply, straight to the point, thank you Tyler from Team PageFly. i had a problem that i wanted to have a video as background and a text above the video. Within 5 minutes I have already received my solution by putting the video as cover in the background.

I’m here to enthusiastically review this app. I started using Pagefly a few months ago and although I had some difficulties at the beginning, I immediately found a way to solve everything thanks to customer support. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Shopify page builder team, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer support. I had been facing some issues with my website, but their team patiently walked me through the entire process and resolved all of my problems with ease. Not only that, but they also helped me with some design tweaks that I had been struggling with. What really stood out to me was how kind, polite, and sweet the team was throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my website was functioning perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're looking for a page builder with top-notch customer support, I highly recommend giving the Shopify page builder a try. You won't be disappointed!

Just started using this app, so it's still pretty early days in our journey. A few things stand out even at this early stage: 1) The app has pretty much every feature that you may want to spruce up your Shopify pages. Extremely packed with features, great UI and performance seems to be very good. 2) Price is decent for what you get. We are on a $24/m 10 slot plan currently. 3) This is the real game changer: they have 24/7 support and from our experience so far, their support personnel are really excellent.
