Mahedi was so helpful. Not only did he volunteer to do some of the formatting for me (which I would not have figured out), he also provided several videos showing me how he made the edits, as well and some canned videos that showed the power of using templates.

I’ve been using PageFly for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a life saver. It makes building custom pages on Shopify so much easier, even if you have zero coding experience. The drag-and-drop editor is really intuitive, and you can pretty much create anything you imagine – product pages, landing pages, about pages – you name it. But what really stands out is the support team. They’re there 24/7 (literally), and every time I’ve had a question or ran into an issue, someone jumped in almost instantly and fixed it. No back-and-forth, no waiting hours – just fast and friendly help. You can tell they actually care. It’s one of those apps that just works, and when something doesn’t, the support team has your back. If you’re on Shopify and want more control over your design without the hassle, give PageFly a shot. You won’t regret it.

While sometimes its a bit hard to navigate with all the added lines, it's great for what it offers. If the editor had a bit more of a simple layout like the shopify theme editor then that would be awesome but nonetheless, happy with the app. Also super stoked that you get a real person on the other end of the support chat.
