So far this is a great product. I find it very helpful. But the best thing and a perfect example to all the Apps - Customer Service. Outstanding, 110% best. Team is here to support and help out quickly when support is needed. Install this app and enjoy the luxury of having a help with all the setup. RECOMMEND!!!

Good application, alowing for better customer/user experience than other pick up point apps that force you to pick the delivery location only after a payment is done. Haven't found a better option when you do not have shopify plus.

The app is great and makes it very easy for us to offer multiple delivery options to our customers. The excellent customer support is a huge added value: they set up everything for our webshop very quickly, professionally and completely free. 100% would recommend!

App is really simple and easy to use - the customer support was very fast to reply and Erik helped us through every step of the setup process. We were able to integrate additional shipping providers and now we can offer parcel locker delivery to our customers.

We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder. You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled. Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)

Great! Parcely.app works perfectly with Pactic, a Hungarian aggregator shipping service provider, through which we access GLS, MPL, DPD, and other carriers. The app developer provided remote setup assistance for free, almost immediately. Thank you very much! In terms of value for money, it is one of the best shipping applications on Shopify!

I highly recommend Parcely for their easy app integration and exceptional support. Their team is incredibly responsive and has been invaluable in assisting us with all our shipping needs. Last but not least, their set up service is free, the team is kind and helpful, so I are delighted that we have found them. :)

Im sorry you feel like this, but this review is kind of unfair. Yes, Parcely is not a free app and regular setting changes don't take 2 min to save. Only saving the shipping methods change can take few seconds longer. PS: We do offer a free setup service for the Parcely app and shipping methods. Please let us know if you need help.

Had a really great expirience! Whislt the apps general UX/UI might seem a bit old fashioned, it is easy to work with once you get the gist of it. I would like to say a SPECIAL thanks to Erik, I guess a Latvian member of the parcelyapp team, he really helped a lot on setting up my dpd and omniva api's, and very much went above and beyond to help our store, this has truly been a satisfying expirience.

Now I use the Parcely on 2 websites. The app is great and very friendly priced - also good for smaller businesses. A cool way to have a lot of shipping services in your store. The support is pretty fast and everything is flawless. Any of my requests were 100% solved. Thank you.

Great support, Thanks, Erik! Unfortunately the app does not generate labels if payment has not been captured. We will wait for an upgraded version to be able to offer more parcel providers.

Thank you for your review. The current logic is that the app will send order data to the service provider system after the order is in paid status. This ensures that the order is never shipped without payment. The only exception is a COD (Cash on Delivery) order. In this case, the order is sent to the service provider system with special COD settings. This will ensure that the shipping provider will ask for a payment from the customer before giving the package over.

I must say parcely.app is great. First of all the widget at the start of the basket, secondly amazing support. Very rapid, straight to the point :) Capabilities to pay access a variety of courier services and automate exchange is a great plus. Really recommend using parcely.app for smaller and growing e-commerce businesses. And as a bonus, feel free to use their free offer to set-up the delivery:)
