Parcely works perfectly in our use case. Since we had multiple projects ongoing Parcely support took care of us in terms of shipping - they configured everything around it and has been always SUPER responsive. The app allows us to extend our business to whole Europe.

The web app on my phone didn't work at all. The search didn't work properly and if you already managed to search after selecting it, it selected a different branch. Support communicated until I said if they didn't fix it I would delete the app. They also promised 14 days free, but the app told me the very next day that I had to choose a plan and pay.
This review is unfair. I helped you to install and configure the app on the same day and there was a small problem with a few locations in CZ that we fixed in 2 hours. It seems that my email was the last one 12 days ago where I asked for more details but you never replied. Yes, 14 days trial starts after choosing a plan for the app. There are hundreds of happy store owners using our app and they are shipping thousands of orders daily.

Very fast customer service. All the setup for parcel was made by parcely.app team. Using app more than 6 months and it makes shipping process for us really easier.

At first, I was a bit confused about the Parcely setup, because I couldn't add the Widget to my cart page. I was surprised that the Parcely team offers free help to set up the app. So they solved it very fast for me.

Really good customer service and fast help (in Estonian). We got our issues with Omniva parcel locker shipping all solved within a day. 100% reccommend!

Great app for shipping, takes some time to understand it, but when you do, or in our case Erik from support helped us, which was just perfect, solved all of our problems in such short space of time. Would recommend to everybody any day of the week.

Best Shipping app for Shopify to make the customer's journey convenient and increase sales. The app itself is comprehensive, extremely user-friendly and their customer support team is responsive and helpful, even during the weekends and late evenings. This is a must-have if you are offering deliveries to multiple parcel lockers like DPD, Omniva, Smartpost, and others. Easy and clear for clients to use and speeds up the label printing for me. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Have been using the Parcely app from the beginning with my store. We chose Parcely because of the local delivery options like Omniva, Itella and DPD pickup points and lockers. The support has been amazing at both assisting setting up the things as well as solving various questions.

Very Good app and Excellent customer service! we use this app to deliver parcels to our customers in Lithuania. I had some trouble setting everything up. I reached out to the support team and they set everything up for me. Whenever i have a question they not only reply back fast but either make the change for me or teach me how to do it.

We use the Parcely app on our store www.naturalchaga.eu which I essentially run alone. Even though I didn't understand all the elements it does everything we need. I needed help on more than one occasion (quite a few actually) as I suck as integrations etc. and they have been patient, understanding and fast. If you are a small business like me and need a really flexible delivery app with amazing customer service then you have found the right guys. Top marks, keep up the great work. I was not asked to write this review or rewarded for it, and I also rarely write reviews but their customer service is really so good I felt I should.
