Initially left a different review and the App contact me right away. I can not believe how Incredibly helpful they were - above and beyond service! It took several days to resolve my issues but they answered every questioned and kept going until my issues were resolved. I never expected that much assistance from an App. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! (original review) The app was easy to use. However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??! How is this possible? It should downgrade at the end of the billing cycle that I already paid for in full. I hope that we receive a credit to our card or our service is reinstated.

Unfortunately, due to Shopify’s current billing system, downgrades take effect immediately, even if the billing cycle has already been paid for. We understand this isn’t ideal and agree it should apply at the end of the cycle instead. We've since followed up with you directly. Whether you need to resize a single image or process multiple photos at once, it handles everything without a hitch. The real gem here is the Pay As You Go feature. It’s such a convenient option—no subscriptions or hidden fees, just pay for what you need. This makes it perfect for those of us who may not need to resize photos constantly but want a reliable service when the need arises. I also had the pleasure of getting help from Emyle, a member of their support team. She was so responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process of using the app. It’s rare to come across customer service that's so friendly and efficient, and Emyle made sure I understood all the features without feeling overwhelmed. Her assistance definitely made my experience smoother.

This app works really well to keep on top of photo resizing. I needed some help with a few photos and had amazing customer support from Jessie and Jen - they were able to help me with my issue and really went above and beyond! I recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy way to manage photo sizing to create a uniform look to their store.

Super Simple! I needed 1:1 photos and it scanned my entire site to suggest all fixes.
