Terrible support. Been waiting for help for more than two weeks. Not only the issue wasn't resolved, but the contacted support wouldn't reply for a week.

Better than Judge.me for sure the support is excellent, was using judge me for 2 years but they started acting up and trying to force me to pay for every little interaction

Great app with a great team! I only wish they had a more though out system for importing reviews when you need a lot of them but they were quick to help out and adapt to our needs when asked and that more than made up for it!

I must say that Adna was amazing in providing customer service. She helped me import products that were initially failing to import. As for the app itself, it is excellent for what you need it to do. A must have for all Shopify stores.

Was looking for a solution that would help me import my reviews and this works so well, plus, where I did have an issue with setup, the tech was right there and got me through it very quickly.

This is a really great product, I was initially prompted to install failed, I quickly received a response in the live support chat to help me solve the problem. Moreover, this product can import amazon reviews very conveniently, which is very useful for my website. I will consider the paid package for the recognition of products and services.

garbage. hours to import reviews. AVOID THIS APP.
