Third class service. I had this app integrated on my website for 1 year; after an year they said my free trail is expired, which was never mentioned before as I always had the free version on. On top of that; they removed the reviews I received during the time; and the widget. Tried getting in touch with the support team multiple times; and they dont seem to be able to fix it; nor even identify the issue. ISSUE: You guys removed my reviews. Simple

Installed but then quickly realized there are better options. Uninstalled but now there's a stupid error showing on my site because Opinew didn't even uninstall properly. Absolute fail.

The support team is very responsive and helpful, and they clearly understand customer needs and value. They assisted me quickly and professionally whenever I needed help. Opinew Product Review is a goood plugin with excellent support behind it.

This app is very easy to use as a reviews app. We have used this app for years and it has been very helpful. Customer service is nice and helpful as well.

l'applicazione non si apre nemmeno dopo averla disinstallata e rinstallata 4 volte, fa schifo, non usatela davvero pessima

The support of this software is terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. I tried for 4 days to get them to help solve the issues and after several people asking me if there was a problem, no one ever did anything to solve the issue. I gave them access to my site so they could dig deeper but they did nothing. Beware of this company. so far they have not returned my money either.

bastante util la importacion de reseñas ayuda mucho al negocio ademas una excelente atencion al cliente en caso de dudas o problemas con la integracion de la app, muy eficientes

It was a little hard to figure out at first with some screens not loading. But support was super quick and extremely helpful and I was able to get it all setup.

Doesn't work. Keep getting spinning circle, won't import Amazon seller reviews, nothing happens. Useless.
