We've been really impressed with the Opinew app and, more importantly, the team behind it. From the initial setup to ongoing customizations, their support has been nothing short of excellent. They worked closely with us to make sure the app integrated seamlessly with our store and have continued to help us tailor features to meet our evolving needs. It's rare to find a team this responsive and invested in your success. Highly recommend Opinew if you're looking for a powerful, flexible review solution with top-notch support.

Used this app for years, and then it stopped being able to tell when my orders were shipped, so I couldn't accurately send review requests. (which also were not able to automatically send, so I would have had to manually send them) Reached out numerous times over several weeks and was told it was being "looked in to" but there was never any update on their end. Uninstalled and moved to another app.

We've tried many apps on Shopify, but this one truly stands out. It's user-friendly, highly customizable, and has made a big difference in how we collect and display reviews on our site. The support team is fast, responsive, and always helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for any store looking to build trust and boost conversions through authentic customer feedback!

This app is amazing, it has helped me in so many ways and the customer service is perfect here, no matter how long the problem i wa facing took (4 hours) they still eventually worked it out working hard at it for me the user.

Opinew is easy to use and helped me quickly import Amazon reviews. However, the second import brought in fewer reviews than expected, so I had to use the spreadsheet method. I ran into some image format issues, but customer support was very helpful and resolved it. Overall satisfied, but I hope automatic import can be more reliable.

We’ve been using Opinew for quite a while, and in the past, it worked great. The integration with Shopify was seamless, Amazon product links imported flawlessly, and the overall performance was solid. That’s why we opted for one of the higher-tier plans – spending over €1500 per year. Unfortunately, things have taken a serious downturn. The app is no longer properly integrated with Shopify, all Amazon product links have vanished, and the import feature either doesn’t work at all or is severely limited. General performance has become sluggish and unreliable. What’s worse is the support: despite being on the second-highest plan, we receive no helpful answers. Our concerns about poor performance and questions about upcoming improvements are simply ignored. For the price we’re paying, this is unacceptable. We used to love Opinew, but sadly, we can no longer recommend it – neither for functionality nor for customer service. We’re already exploring alternatives.

I cannot use the app, it just doesn't load
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app not loading. This is definitely not the experience we want for our users. Sadly, this was a technical issue that we did not have much control of. As of now, we have found a solution that allows you to access the app via the Shopify dashboard again with all of your data. This was just a temporary issue that won't happen again. You can go back to using Opinew like before!

Worthless. It was a great app at first, but for almost six months now I have been having problems adding Ali reviews. For six months now I have been contacting these people every two weeks or every month and all they say is: We understand your frustration, we apologize for the inconvenience, our team is working on it. Can your team not solve this in 6 months? Meanwhile, I pay 20 euros every month. For what? Keep your promises and make sure everything works.

We are a paying customer (Starter). Amazon import reviews does NOT work properly. Everything else works fine, but Amazon import reviews doesn't work well. We have had this issue several times in the past, and now again. We have raised the issue 2 weeks ago to Support, and the only answer we get is "our technical team is working on it, we will solve it asap". 2 weeks already. Disappointing. As said, everything else works fine, but not the Amazon imports.
We appreciate your patience and understand your frustration regarding the Amazon review import. Unfortunately, many of the challenges stem from Amazon's restrictions, which we are required to follow. That said, we recognize the importance of this feature and are actively working on a new importing method that will be released within the next month. We're sorry for the frustration you experienced. Please note that only account holders have the permissions to make changes to their subscriptions, we cannot just alter someone's subscription. As soon as you alerted us about the uninstalling button not working, we consulted this with our developer and he fixed the button the same evening. The issue occurred due to the new access scopes of the app not being accepted. Additionally, we have provided the option to uninstall through the Shopify app menu, which also allows you to cancel the subscription. We truly apologize for your negative experience with Opinew.
