Terrible app. Nothing worked. Multiple errors in validation, integration, Amazon import, Shopify data transfer.

As for Amazon, we are actively working on a new importing method that will be released next month that will stabilize the importing process. I had some installation issues on a second website of ours. The support team was right on it. They had the issue fixed in no time. Highly recommend for the app for functionality and the great support.

Absolutely wonderful team. Unfortunately, the App is very buggy, too many issues appear all the time. The support was great and tried to help all the time, but this doesn't resolve the faulty and buggy App issues. Very sad.. Not recommended for professional use.

Cristian was incredibly helpful in getting the Opinew Product Reviews App set up and running smoothly for my business. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. The app is working great. Highly recommend!

Good support, open for new ideas and features. App is stable and fast, fits our needs. Update: 23.01.2025 - Unfortunately the App is not really stable and still has many bugs. The support is great and really trying to resolve issues, but one step forward, two steps back... The App might be good in future, but currently I can't recommend it.
