This is a really great product, I was initially prompted to install failed, I quickly received a response in the live support chat to help me solve the problem. Moreover, this product can import amazon reviews very conveniently, which is very useful for my website. I will consider the paid package for the recognition of products and services.

The app doesn't only works really well, their support is next level. You will get response within a couple of minutes and they will help you to solve any problems. 10/10!

It is fairly easy to import reviews from eBay but I couldn't find a way to import these from Etsy and Trustpilot so I guess the app is unable or the feature is a hidden paid feature. The reviews widget design on the product page is poor and ugly. Trying this after trying the Fera.ai app didn't help as their backend is more intuitive and the frontend design is miles better without the unnecessary "powered by" on the customer reviews widget.

The support team was extremely helpful and it was set up in no time. Highly recommended! I would be happy if support could be provided in Japanese.
