I have to resubmit the same design several times before it saves. It's like a slap in the face too... because after all the effort to get product listed, it takes 2 weeks to "maybe" ship and then the tracking info provided is bogus. I have 50+ orders from the last 3 weeks and NONE OF THEM have been delivered to my customer. Support is useless and has no sense of urgency. I'm going to lose customers. I'm now looking for other providers.

Hi Sweet Velocity BPS, I just took a look at your neck gaiter orders and can see why you are frustrated with the tracking numbers. We have upgraded the shipping courier to USPS freight forwarding to speed up delivery, but it is pointing you to DHL - we will have that bug corrected today so you can see exactly where the package is en-route. As far as production times, we are working extremely hard with our suppliers to make sure your products are made in 5-7 days maximum. We had to hold off on uploading tracking due to the Chinese Labor Day Holiday from May 1st - May 5th 2020. Now that our production partners are back we have provided the tracking on orders from the end of April. Having said that, you have every right to be upset with the current situation. Operating a print-on-demand business in a global pandemic has its challenges and we are hoping to get things back on track in June and July as the situation stabilizes with international cargo routes for more reliable transit times. Thanks for your patience and we hope you give us another chance once we get to the other side of the global pandemic.

AMAZING, where do I start. The app had issues and would not upload images correctly, i emailed them on multiple occasions and was told I need to rename ALL my images JPEG not JPG, but there system does not even handle JPEG as an extension. They do not even know there own APP. Then an item was not updated to 'shipped', I emailed to no reply, opened a paypal; case then got a threatening email from them. Instead of blaming customers maybe go look at YOUR own performance and fix YOUR issues first. But to actually threaten a customer over your own errors is a JOKE. PillowProfits has the worst customer service there is, they reply but what the reply with is just WRONG, id rather not get any reply than a reply telling me to do stuff thats just not right. It wastes my time, your time and costs us all money. And to end it all HOW DARE YOU THREATEN SOMEONE OVER YOUR OWN MISTAKES. Minus 5 stars. (And your threatening mails have been forwarded to shopify for review as an official app).

^^TOTAL FRAUD REVIEW^^ I’ve reviewed your ticket logs with my support and found that my staff was nothing but polite and professional while responding to your messages. We respectfully advised this seller when he filed a chargeback on Paypal that Pillow Profits successfully produced and shipped his product sample on-time (shipped out in less than 6 days) and that we will not be able to continue access to the app due to payment fraud. Tracking can be found here: http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/190097165 You can see that the product was delivered to the user in less than 10 days (including production time) in the middle of December. The product has been delivered now for 10 days, and the user still refuses to remove the Paypal dispute. The user complained the tracking didn’t show in his store – that’s because the user uninstalled the app 5 days before the item was shipped – yet still decided to blame Pillow Profits and file a fraudulent payment claim. This is our courteous advisory to the seller who claims that Pillow Profits is threatening them: “Hello, We've checked your case, and found what's causing the issue. Please convert your image to CMYK color profile and it will fix the issue. I'm sorry we weren't able to find the solution earlier, we are in the middle of selling season, so it's taking us a bit more than normal to review cases. We've noticed that you have opened a dispute on the order that was successfully shipped to customer in time. We have a zero tolerance policy for financial fraud. If you don't remove this, we will be forced to disable your access from the app. Kind Regards, Charles” While Pillow Profits can’t please every single person who installs the app (no company can) we do an outstanding job of serving our sellers with industry leading products, fast shipping, fast production times, and responsive support.

Such a pity! You would be forgiven for thinking that subscribing to Pillow Profits $30 per month club fee for over a year and a half, regardless of how many sales you have or have not made, that you might at least be communicated with like a valued longterm paying subscriber to their app and business. Unfortunately not. When we receive replies to our communications they are abrupt, indifferent and robotic. These guys are stone cold when it comes to their support style and they seem to find it unthinkable to assist you with good spirit and be reasonable and helpful. We really loved these guys and their products right from the beginning. We have enjoyed watching these guys go from strength to strength over the last 2 years. They really do have an awesome app and products. But their support style and attitude towards us just leaves a bitter taste every time. Unsubscribing and deleting now. Such a pity.

Very unprofessional service. They charge a high monthly fee, and do not refund prorated amounts depending on when you request cancelations. Not to mention that their platform is hard to use, it requires exact image sizes to be placed in each product, and in general it makes it hard to prototype and try different variations.

Short: DO NOT USE WITHIN EU! Kurzfassung: Nicht nutzbar in der EU! We are using PP for more than 2 years. During this time we have faced several improvements but also some major downsides. The quality of their products is most often average. From time to time, the factory has quality issues and you are recieving a higher than average amount of complaints. Shipping times are average with express, but not very comfortable. The major downside is, that PP is not providing proper customs & duties documents and they are switching express carriers without notice. They also don't take care of mail agreements they made before. If you are selling to the EU, you or your customer will face massive issues with customs & duties. They are not willing to change this and threatening to ban your account when insisting on improvements. Wir haben PP mehr als 2 Jahre genutzt. In dieser Zeit haben wir verschiedene Verbesserungen, aber auch Nachteile erfahren. Die Qualität der Produkte ist durchschnittlich, es gibt Spitzenzeiten mit extremen Qualitätsschwankungen. Dazu kommt es, dass die Lieferzeiten stark schwankend sind. Im Bereich Zoll & Versand ist PP leider nicht auf dem Stand der Zeit und hat keine Prozesse für den Versand in die EU. Dieser Anbieter ist klar auf den US Markt ausgerichtet. Das führt dazu, dass entweder der Shopbetreiber und / oder der Kunde massive Probleme mit dem Zoll haben. Es gibt schlichtweg keine akzeptablen und guten Zolldokumente und damit ist der Ärger vorprogrammiert. Zudem mussten wir erfahren, dass man sich nicht auf Vereinbarungen via e-Mail verlassen kann. Besteht man darauf, wird gedroht den Account zu sperren.

doesn't have any type of real customization and no cancel button option before charge. So please be aware. (update) if you want to cancel you need to uninstall app. This app isn't for everyone and if you're looking for more in-depth find another app. Also you'll be harassed to change your review if you give them low stars.

Please be aware this store has never sold a product with Pillow Profits Fulfillment and left this review less than 30 minutes after installing the app. The seller panicked and threatened to report us to Shopify for being a "scam" because he couldn't figure out how to uninstall the app and was scared he was going to be charged during the 30 day free trial period. We allow sellers to test the app during a 30 day FREE trial and you can end your subscription by simply uninstalling the app at any time. Pillow Profits offers full customization of all products as well as over 20,000 done-for-you FREE designs in our FREE design catalog.

20 days passed and many of my products have not been shipped. While you it will take 5-7 days to produce. I have contacted you many times and have never been answered. There are a lot of my orders that have paid but they don't ship goods to my customers. And they deliberately deleted the app from my store to avoid this.

We can also see that each time you reached out to us we were able to reply to your queries within 24 hours, and typically got back to you in less than 3 hours with a response. Your other orders were successfully produced and shipped on time.

Used this app for around 2-3 years and all was perfect, but last 4-5 months it's a pain in the ass. Support replies in 2-3 days. With a response that they will send the email to the production then other 2-3 days for the response from them. Orders not shipped even in 2 weeks after ordering. Clients very unhappy and leaving bad reviews or refunds.

This is run by a dishonest team with poor customer support. My orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago and they've been stuck in production since (the promised production time was 5-7 days). The support team did not reply to my emails. New users, beware - do not risk your store's reputation with this shady company. Update: On my second order the same thing happened again. The Pillow Profits Team did not reply to my email either. Hoping that writing here would catch their attention. Please fulfil my orders - it's been more than 7 days. Thanks.

Due to a large surge in sales during the month of February, our sneaker production went from 4 days to 10 days during the second half of February. This is a CHINESE supplier that takes WEEKS to fulfil orders and WILL NOT respond if you have any questions or problems. If customer service doesn't matter to you and if actually receiving the products you pay for isn't a big deal, you'll be happy with handing your money over to these people and never seeing it again nor having anyone care. STAY AWAY!

customer service is bad, don't answer properly to my questions, sent me bad picture of product they sell, I can not see properly the product, only doing self promotion when I tell them their product description is wrong, say they sell poly cotton cushion covers as it seems label says polyesther, they don't want to recognize this issue... no happy at all with the service...

Im very disappointed with pillow profit, I though they are print on demand from USA and that the reason they charge the products more expensive than other providers from china but WHAT WAS my surprise .... the products coming from china, they charge as a intermediary, the order take more than 3 weeks to go to the costumer, also in the tracking number they shipped do not use your company name as is supposed to do if a customer buy something from your e-commerce store they expect the product from your company no from other person on CHINA. Conclusion your customer paid 3000 more a product because you use this app PLUS do not get the product on time, ALSO you paid them and the monthly fees to be just and "INTERMEDIARY" when you just can go to the Alliexpress and find the provider to buy directly from them.

Let me just preface my review by saying I WANT TO USE PP BADLY! Here's the deal. When I go to APPS in Shopify this pops up: "Your session appears to have timed out. Please click Apps menu in your store admin, and then click the PillowProfits Fulfillment banner to resume working in this app. If you continue to have problems with this error, and cannot get into the app, it might be due to cookies being disabled in your web browser. This has been known to happen with some people using the Safari web browser. You might try making sure cookies are enabled in your web browser, or try using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." So I contacted PP support regarding the issue that will not allow me to use the app. I keep getting bounced around and not one person has been able to help me fix it. I hear the owner is ridiculously obsessed with customer service - I don't think he'd be happy knowing this disgruntled individual is unhappy. (Note: I have a Mac with Google Chrome as my browser) If anyone has had the same issue I would be grateful to learn how they fixed it. Again, I have not used the PP App. This review is based on not being able to use it.

Their customer service is terrible. Ask a question, I get a non-answer and a video to watch. There is no phone number to call. It' s taken 6 months to get a sample ordered.

I’m not able to open their app anymore for some reason, but they were still able to charge me. There is nothing wrong with my computer....I had been using the app just fine. Then one day I was no longer able to open it. I have tried to change settings, etc but nothing works. Their only solution is to use a different browser (Chrome) which is unavailable for Mac laptops.....it’s only available for iPhone, iPad, etc. So I have been unable to create more products. I have already removed most of their products from my store and will probably end up removing all of it today. There is nothing wrong with my browser, my settings are correct, and I was able to use the app just fine until about a week ago. Customer service is no help....
