Die Integration bricht ab, eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die APP schein technisch nicht ausgereift zu sein und wirkt nicht direkt kompatibel mit Shopify. Wir konnten die Pinterest APP leider nicht nutzen wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Der ganze Prozess sieht nach Zeitverschwendung aus. Wir hoffen auf technische Verbesserung, da wir gerne Pinterest nutzen würden.

For years, being connected to Pinterest was a great option for my business. Something on the back-end changed in 2023 and now I am stuck in an endless cycle of Pinterest telling me my website isn't meeting their guidelines, me appealing, them discovering that it DOES meet their guidelines and resolving. . . then the next month it starts all over again. Their customer service is cryptic and unhelpful, a total waste of time. I've talked to other folks in my industry who have run into the same issue and gave up long before me. I'll be uninstalling this app to disconnect my website to free myself from this perpetual headache. Pinterest, what happened to you?

Immer wieder Probleme mit der Verknüpfung , mal geht's mal geht's nicht. Funktion macht nicht mehr was früher mal da war

Cette appli est catastrophique, elle ne fonctionne jamais, tout ce qu'elle sait faire c'est inonder ma boite mail de demandes de création d'annonces payantes. Vu que je n'accepte pas mon catalogue se retrouve effacé, mon compte est déconnecté de shopify ou alors je ne suis plus marchand approuvé...bref le trafic et la visibilité ne sont absolument pas au rdv! Vraiment dommage!

me debitaron automaticamente de mi cuenta una pauta que jamas realice me quitaron mas de 100 us en una campaña que ellos mismos me dijeron que no funcionaba

Its been over a year now with multiple people complaining of the way the app and Pinterest select the product image for displaying with your pin and nothing has been done. We select our images in Shopify with the best image showcasing our product first so cannot fathom why Pinterest would choose random images from those available. Some that are not even showcasing the product but are showing options, or advertising social media. Support has been absolutely rubbish and not worth investing in any type of advertising when they cant even get the correct product images showing.

you have denied by store because you state that i am a resale marketplace. Etsy is a resale marketplace that sells vintage items which are resale items. Ebay is also a resale marketplace, but i guess since i do not bring enough $$$ and just a small business. I am not allowed. You are not following your guidelines.

Die Installation schlägt fehl. Nach der Verbindung mit Pinterest zeigt die App einen Fehler an. Was kann ich tun?

will not finish set up. i've tried it for weeks. support has not been of any support. i have sent screenshots with erros and still nada.

Absolut überflüssige App. Keine wirklichen Ergebnisse. Nicht mal das Setup ganz abgeschlossen aber schon erste Rechnung erhalten.

Hello, Our business is very important to us, and we strive to improve every day, when Pinterest removed our verified merchant verification, it was a big surprise, since we have several years on their platform as a verified merchant, the first notice we received as an alert was that we had several pop-ups on our website, and we solved the problem immediately, in the second warning it said that the website did not meet the minimum quality requirements. We talked to the expert team at Shopify and they reviewed our website, audited everything against Pinterest guidelines, and they determined that every Pinterest policy was being followed on our website. The importance of this whole process is that Pinterest must provide merchants with the exact problem to solve it, where the error is and how we can improve it, the emails we have received is a copy and paste from the same Pinterest pages, we do not know if this is being monitored, but the customer experience is not is the best. We have also decided to invest in advertising and we want our Pinterest account to be verified again without any problem, so we can continue to improve as a company, to provide the best service to the entire Pinterest community. terrible app. pinterest banned my account before i even got to publish anything. only 2 chances to apeal. 1st apeal they were okay with my return policy, second apeal was for the send policy. after that was approved they immediatly disapproved my return policy.. this is truly ridiculous.

App is not working. cannot connect due to cookie problems, although cookies are allowed. cannot use the app for my business.

cant even connect my pinterest account easily. i dont know why, its supposed to be easy and convenient !

Not sure what I did, both of my stores got hit with Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements. I have been with Pinterest for 1 year. Now the shop is not available on my Pinterest account which helps me a lot with traffic and sales. Maybe it's time to move on with Pinterest.

These people are INSANE! I added 100% organic and natural balms and salves and every couple days I get an email stating my web site no longer meets Pinterest. Then a couple days later I get an email stating it was an error and they apologize, then a couple days later yet another email stating my site stinks and they want nothing to do with it. We I want NOTHING to do with Pinterest anymore. App deleted!

This app is trash ... it always tells me to enable cookies and then it never lets me connect the two. Seems to be a never ending loop. Something in the data needs to be fixed.

It doesn't let me connect, I don't know why it keeps happening. Every time I get to the connect page it goes back to the start.

Entirely useless. My store was flagged as being a "resale marketplace" (which is definitely isn't) so the account was blocked. Everytime I tried to engage to get this resolved, they simply restated this erroneous classification, and wouldn't provide any information on why it was happening, or how to fix it. Total waste of time.

I do not recommend PINTEREST as a platform for a long term partner. After two years, suddently Pinterest removed the company as approved merchant without any explanation or further assistence. All they do is sending to my team a ready answer, after a week or more, that doesn't relate anything about my company nor our ecommerce status. Watch out when you trying to have great partners for your business, because overnight PINTEREST can just get absurdly rude and disrespectful with a registered company that's always looking to be a great example in any partner portfolio. They are treating us like nothing, without reason, by any means. What sick our company's employees is that Pinterest arguments that our - Merchant's information is unoriginal. - Re-used or plagiarized ''About Us'' pages are unacceptable. This, after years of being a normal approved merchant and without modificating any legal information on our website footer. Regardless the wrong way of judging our company, the customer support doesnt even reply. And when they reply, it is a ctrl+C/V without any further assistence. As a business owner, you must know that side of Pinterest. Think well before investing in this platform. They removed by any mean the possibility for my company to contest this decision. Our team did not change any LEGAL information OR modify OR hide any social account.
