They are misleading, the only reason I downloaded this app is for the power banks they let you create. Here's the thing though, once you go to the final import page there is NEVER a power bank and all the other stuff is available elsewhere not worth the time to download.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MERCHANTS!!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! I sat on hold for over 10 minutes to get a lady named Chanel. I told her I had a customer order fail because we had to update our payment method. She asked me why I didn't create a ticket online as that is the only way to solve this. When I asked why she could not do this as I just sat on hold for 10 minutes she said she only does online orders and the one person who does this comes in at 9am PT (which it was that time) and could put me to their voice mail. She was so rude and acting like I was bothering her the entire time. I am in the process of moving all our print on demand now and encourage everyone to stop working with this company till they can learn customer service is key and right now they are HORRIBLE at it!!!!

Created all my products and added them to my store only to realise the apparel has no sizing charts. Customers had no idea what size to get as small, medium and large changes from manufacturer to manufacturer. i rang support, i emailed support and i pressed the get help button on the app and still no help with getting a sizing chart. Hopeless. Changed over to printful.

I use several add ons for e-commerce on my website and pixels is great! Good and unique product selection with excellent customer service! Orders have been received quickly and the products are of great quality.

**** UPDATE 1/1/2022: For at least a month, I get an error (SSL certificate expired) when I try to get to the app. I cannot update my credit card, therefore, any orders that I get from customers are dead in the water (I am helpless & cannot fulfill the orders). Have exchanged many emails but Pixels unable to fix error. Shopify help chat says it's not an issue on my end. **** Pixels has the best selection of wall art types in just about any size imaginable. Using their app, I can add MANY sizes of art all at once to my store. I keep my own list of pricing on hand so I can easily go through and edit the default prices. Tech support is very good if you know who to contact (Alex!).

I have been using the Pixels Shopify app for a while now and it works very well. When a customer places an order the order is automatically forwarded to Pixels for fulfillment. This makes it very easy on my side. I am notified and I can monitor the status if needed. Setting up and creating products is also very easy. If you are looking for an app to help you build your store and add products through a dropship company you should check out this app from Pixels. The company is continuing to improve their product which in turn improves yours. This is a fantastic app and I am very pleased with it. I'm continually using this app to add more products to my store.

From service to functionality Shopify is the greatest business coach, inventory tracker, salesperson, analyst, assistant, accountant and partner I could have ever imagined. They seem to be on top of retail trends and the support is on point, friendly and effective 24/7. There's no question too small that I haven't received an immediate response from their help squad. I never feel alone or lost. I highly recommend you, Pixels!

I found Pixels because I wanted to find a vendor for print on demand, dropshipped greeting cards. Pixels does that. And they do a great job. I've been selling Pixels greeting cards for a few months, and customer feedback has been positive. They seem to be high quality and short production times. I can't comment on other products than the greeting cards, but I'm pleased with Pixels thus far. I haven't had any problems, so I haven't even had to reach out to customer service. Which is good. It also means I can't comment on the customer service from Pixels.

We've been using Pixels for almost a year now, and so far our experience has been quite pleasant. They take care of the mistakes relatively fast as well, which is a huge plus for us. Their products are good and handling time is pretty fast too.

We installed this app a few months ago for print on demand posters on stuff.crossfit.com. It was easy to set up and easy to use, integrating well with Shopify. Order fulfillment has been on time, product quality is great, and customer service is quick to respond to any of our questions.

Our Shopify store, Citizen Pride, has been working with print-on-demand companies for many years and we final feel we have found our partner with Pixels! The review by Texas Travel Posters is excellent and we would second everything they have said so we are not going to repeat that review. What we can add is the CS is excellent. Our contact is Alex Young and he has gone above and beyond. There are many things you have to work through because this is new technology, especially the plug-ins and the quick turn-aorund, so having Alex right there makes all the difference on whether we want to deal with the hassles. Give the Pixels app a try because your time and effort will be worth it since the CS will be there when you need them ... and you will need them.

We are giving this app a five star review after a few months of testing it out. It offers prompt shipping, an easy to use interface and the flexibility to create a unique store within Shopify. The quality of the art prints is exceptional, a crucial element to our design business. That said, we did have a few early issues setting up the store, but the support from Pixels is fantastic. Alex answered all our questions and made sure we are happy customers.

I am not sure what is going on with this app because they used to be GREAT. Now half the time orders aren't processed or for some reason aren't sent over? It is utterly frustrating and this app has cost me more money than it should. Also, their pricing for t-shirts is misleading and the actual cost is much higher so if you don't pay attention or think that your mark up is high enough, you may be actually losing money with each sale. A great App but, be very careful if you use this App for a UK based business if your Shopify store isn't enabled for international shipping. Not all of the products are fulfilled in the UK. Some products such as pillows and framed prints are only manufactured in the USA which means any of these purchases made from the UK can incur Import Duty. It clearly states in their sales pitch that orders will be automatically fulfilled and despatched from the nearest depot to your buyer. This does not apply to all products. Pixels is a fantastic addition to our store. Being able to sell branded product on demand as a part of our Shopify store is a lifesaver. Spreading the word about our brand and at the same time not having to keep massive inventory of branded items. Alex was HUGELY helpful in the set up and making sure that everything was functioning correctly. I received some product from totes to mugs to tees and everything looked beautifully done. Held up with washing as well :)

I thought I would update my review as it's two years later and, with COVID19 it might be helpful. Firstly, this app has allowed my to make sales of my artwork to anywhere in the world, with very few issues. What issues there were customer service has always been helpful. Recently a delivery in the UK was sent back to the printers in Scotland and my customer was having trouble getting it delivered. I called CS in the US (I am in Canada) and once it was sent back to the printers they arranged to have it resent out in 24 hours. My customer was very happy. When printing was delayed because of Covid and reduced shifts they apologized and the art was sent out within the week. Overall they have always tried to help, the exception is usually when they cannot answer a particular question as it may be something technical. This app has helped me both beautifully display and sell my art at the price I want to sell it at. For certain non-art items the base prices are quite high, however I have checked on other sites and there isn't that much difference... still the same today - and with less comfort on shipping timelines. I just don't offer those through my store. My ask for the app developers is to update their app and also allow more frame options to show in Shopify for framed prints, especially the fancy frames. Canvases are my best sellers so this isn't major but we are missing on opportunity with the ability to only show black or white frames. Updated Sept 8 2020. Having researched several apps I was for my art store Pixels is by far the best. It is easy to populate my store with my artwork and makes it easier for the customer to order and get their art from my store. Given how complicated shipping is on Shopify, Pixels makes it very simple. Their printing and finishing are flawless and they ship speedily with tracking. Because of this app I can ship my art anywhere in the world with peace of mind and can focus on creating my art and marketing to my customers. As an artist, where there is a dearth of reliable drop shipping options for us this app is pretty much the reason I am able to use Shopify to showcase and deliver my artwork - and I did extensive research into several other drop shipping apps. Alex Young is also very responsive and quickly answered all my questions so that I was up and running very quickly. Pixels customer service is also efficient and follows up to get any issues resolved if they come up. This app works seamlessly with Shopify, enables me to sell my art on a range of beautiful finishes without having to hold stacks of expensive inventory, works as it says it does and, together with Shopify, makes life so much easier for me and my customers... and it's free! It is my favourite Shopify App for all of the above. I compared their prices with other drop shipping options... taking into consideration time to ship (some well-known outfits take 10 days to 3 weeks) ease of use and the fact that these are not batch items, but single items and overall, while I would love lower base prices on larger home decor items, they really are not that far out for one of a kind art, especially since they get shipped at local shipping rates within a week on average. I hope that FAA brings on more items, such as socks, tapestries, badges and clocks, which are perfect for gifts. I have found Pixels to be a great app and am very happy with it.

We like Pixels among other print on demand companies but you ought to fix how these images display on shopify websites. We are not able to get the same display as we did on our fine art america / pixels page in our shopify shop, we had to manually link them to a page so the images will show up on our shopify website when we added the images to store they didn't show in our store until we link them and even now we still can't add phone cases or pouches as they are not displaying per artwork rather just displaying the products individually which looked too crowdy. But why so complicated?
