The perfect POD supplier! The quality of their products is excellent and the shipping and fulfillment times are fast. What I love about POPCustoms is the super wide variety of products they offer, making it easy to find just what I need for my store! About the pricing - perfect, the products are competitively priced and not overpriced like most other companies in the market. What's even better is that they're one of the few companies that offers a personalization tool allowing my customers to create their own customized designs. The response speed of the customer service staff has always been very fast. Today, I received the clothes and from the overall packaging to unpacking, the first impression was very good. The feel of the clothes and the feeling of wearing them was also good, just slightly larger than I expected in terms of size. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My customer and I placed our first order few weeks ago and just received our items recently before Christmas. We was so happy and surprised about our products. The shoes fit perfectly and was on-point; however, the customers hoodies were too small. They order an size 2XL; however they couldn't fit them. It fit like a Large. They was very happy about the quality's even though the material didn't stretch -- the size was not right. We was assuming with products coming from China -- clothes would be correct size, but it wasn't. Overall the service was absolutely good.

I was having an issue with a particular design plus product. I had installed the app over 5 times and the issue remained. I messaged them in messenger and was a bit impatient and contacted them by email. lol I should have waited they got back to me in messenger within 5 mins and had it all fixed 5 mins later so a total of 10 minutes to fix the technical issue. I give them 5 stars for their customer service alone! They have so much to choose from as well! I haven't made a sale yet but I will and I know they will be great!

The customer service and response time are exceptional. The shipping is fast, and all products are trackable. One of the features of my store is footwear; with the variety of styles that Popcustoms offers with the newly featured 3D mockup generator, I'm indeed in the zone. This app has been exactly what I needed for my business. This links all my dropshipping products and has made it possible for me to create multiple businesses without carrying any inventory. Their dashboard keeps everything easy to read and to track all orders when placed and once they are produced!

Just got my first couple of items ordered and i must say i am impressed with the quality. I love that they have a timer for production, so i know how long before my order is shipped.. The delivery time and tracking information was great. Still have some concerns with the shipping cost but i guess it will get better as we go along. Strongly recommend.!
