Just getting started with PS but our experience so far has been awesome. Set up was super easy and customer support is amazing. Platform is very user friendly and it sounds like they're working on a bunch of integrations at the moment. Stoked!

***Update to add that Michael has been so helpful to me today. He resolved an issue I had with no problem!! Thank you so much! I am using this app to increase customers to my site as well as keeping customers. Plus a super fun way to stay in contact with them! So far the customer service has been SO helpful! I am excited to be working with Post Script and it's so much better than every other app out there!

Easy to set-up and use, with great service! Kyler in chat was super quick and beyond helpful. Would recommend post script to any Shopify retailer looking to try SMS.

Postscript removed themselves from our store without any notice (I had to ask customer service what was going on). Incredibly disrespectful to small business owners and I will not be recommending them due to their poor customer service and treatment of people who are seen as "other" and unimportant to them. They claim to be following the SHAFT guidelines on regulations for sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco, but there are actually different guidelines for how to treat companies in different industries depending on whether they are federally legal or not. Also, there is no definition to what terms like "sex" are (is it pornography? a vaginal health device? erotica? something else?) so Postscript can use SHAFT to offer their services based on their own definition of what's considered "sex" and what's considered "health". The customer service is significantly more supportive than SMSBump. So for the integration process has been nothing but seemless. I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia. She made sure that all my question were answered.

Michael Wardrop and all of the team is AMAZING!!!! They know all about my store, help me optimize, help me with tech stuff and always right away. It's hard to find such personal experiences with integrations like this but I really feel like I have a team of supportive folks standing by me and my text message strategies. My site is thriving and it's just the start - conversions and subscribers are up, my popup is awesome and easy to use and I have so many tools to help grow my lists.

We've loved growing our business with Postscript, and overall the functionality is great and the UI of the platform is incredibly simple. But the best part is the customer service. The team is so responsive, personable, helpful, and works hard to find answers to even the toughest questions. They also keep track of feedback, and it seems they take suggestions from their customers seriously about feature suggestions. Can't say enough good things about them as a partner for our brand!

I use PostScript to entice my customers to sign up with their phone and email to get coupons and the latest news about my website. I love how easy it is to integrate and I've had a great experience with their customer support team, shout out to Sylvia Om for her amazing support today and helping walk me through exactly the steps I needed to make sure I was compliant with some new laws and help me optimize my sign-ups. A truly great app and team.

I just started using this app, installed it didn't really set it up and got a conversion in the first week, customer support is awesome, Sherrod helped me during offline hours. Would definitely recommend it.

My customers love the automated messages and i love the campaigns! I get a ton of engagment and my customers (as crazy as it seems) truly appreciates it. Especially when i put the message "By _____ the owner"

Best sms app ever! if you need help they respond extremely fast. You can also create really nice pop ups to build your sms list.
