Working with Postscript is truly a privilege. The team support they provide, the ability to reach them anytime and get a response, was crucial for me. Our regular meetings have made us even more successful in SMS marketing. They stay ahead of the curve on SMS marketing developments. We left Postscript for a short time, but when we didn't see what we were promised, we returned. We continue with Postscript. Their team support, friendly staff, pricing, and contribution to the company's growth truly set them apart.

With Facebook slowing down I looked to other options for promotion. PostScript has been INCREDIBLE! Amazing integration, customer service, etc. Always helpful anytime I need anything and I have noticed an increase in conversion since adding it with my email and social media marketing. So grateful!

Fantastic app. When you install this it setup the most obvious sequences by itself and with minimum intervention it starts making you money right away. In top of that, the customer service team does an outstanding job and works very fast!

We have recently added Post Scripts to our shopify and not only has it been great from SMS, but they are truly very helpful! I was using the chat service and they were able to help right away. I wanted to try out texting since my email campaigns don't have a high open rate. Customer service has been fantastic - they do an onboarding call and have super fast and helpful people available on chat. Surprisingly robust segmenting available, with lots of ideas for marketing campaigns.

***Update to add that Michael has been so helpful to me today. He resolved an issue I had with no problem!! Thank you so much! I am using this app to increase customers to my site as well as keeping customers. Plus a super fun way to stay in contact with them! So far the customer service has been SO helpful! I am excited to be working with Post Script and it's so much better than every other app out there!
