Postscript is such a seamless SMS marketing platform. It has really been a marketing channel that has changed the game for our business, we've been able to connect with customers on an intimate level. Their team is incredible, Travis has been such a great help and amazing to work with!

First let me say I never write app reviews. Second I didn't want to even try text-marketing (they cold called me). But it was a free trial and people opt-in so I was like, why not....? HOWEVER now I am a big Postscript fan! The service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and general fun of the on-boarding specialist (Paris) has made me excited about using the program. I recently had a bad on-boarding experience with another app, so it has highlighted to me how excellent the service provided here was. Paris was patient, very careful in making sure I understand how everything works. I wish I could work with her forever. And, they are diligent about compliance. I highly recommend giving Postscript a try if you are looking for text marketing!

This app has changed my life and stuff. It's a great app and a great way to keep in touch with customers. I wouldn't choose any other app to protect and babysit my customers while I'm away. The support team has been amazing. I wish I could be their friend...but I know they have a job to do. Whoever made this software is a genius.

Great customer service, intuitive platform. Can be a bit on the pricey side but probably is the best all-around SMS platform if you want to do SMS marketing.

It has generated some sales for me, but it is hard at times to find the discount codes. I was surprised when I had a few sales and they had used a discount code where I didn't know it was coming from.

We've been using this app for a few months and it performs beautifully. I've also been very impressed by the support staff. Today Michael helped me and he was very attentive, friendly, and straight to the point and answered by questions efficiently. As a plus, this app has also helped us market our business better and helped us make more money! 5/5

Although I don't use it Postcript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postcript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well.
