Postscript has been amazing for SMS campaigns. The prices are lower than my last SMS provider, it integrates very well with my email provider, and setting up campaigns is simple. Customer service has been amazing and they even email you a transcript of the chat to keep all of the tools/resources that they've provided! I worked directly with Cailee Rye today and Cailee deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service experience I was provided with.

I'm gearing up for our product launch and wanted to make sure my SMS collection was setup properly. Ellie in Sales and Kyler in Support have been incredible in getting me set up and onboarded. They've been super great about turnaround as well with respect to my requests!

Truly really appreciated the very quick and thorough help from Cailee as we continue setting up our SMS integration inside of Shopify. Love Postscript app. we have brought in over $100k in 9 months while using the application. Postscript team also hosts workshops to assist with maximizing app for profitability. However it is a little pricey when you need to add pictures or emojis

So far so good! We are seeing revenue immediately to be honest even though we haven't implemented many automations or campaigns yet. I had a hiccup getting my automations working and their customer service was amazing. Michael (who is also now a fan of our brand!) was a pleasure to work with, somehow made it fun, and solved our problem. He was attentive, kind, and a great problem solver. I know that even if I have an issue with the program, help is around the corner all via an easy to use and quick chat service. Definitely recommend!

Their chat support is A++. I was able to get help relatively quickly, and they answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Got help especailly from Kyler and she has been super helpful! All I can ask for is a mobile app so we can check notifcations and answer people quickly but other than that this app is great
