Recently switched from Attentive to Postscript and I must say the difference is night and day, Attentive is extremely limited in it's capability and lots of heavy lifting to get your program up and running. Alex, Sean, Peter & Zev from Postscript are all super nice and knowledgeable, they have a solid platform and you can be up and running in a matter of minutes, the team is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Postscript has many triggers that you can turn on and start making money with little to no effort. Highly recommended!

The support team is super responsive. Getting up and running was smooth. SO easy to connect to Shopify and SO many ways to cross/up-sell and more with Postscript connected to Shopify. The support team answered all questions (and quickly). Highly recommend if you are using Shopify and want to connect with your customers via SMS.

I needed an app that could handle my need for SMS abandoned cart messages (since they are much more efficient than emails) and this app certainly did the trick. The fact that they can send the customer a picture in the text of the exact item they had in their cart is pretty mind-blowing too! 5/5

Postscript does not integrate with zapier. You dont get any data from phone only subs. Not even their name.

I've been dealing with Zev mainly, he provides excellent customer service and I initially thought it is his app as he replies so quick and wants to genuinely resolve any issues asap. The app is awesome. Very affordable. Great chat support. I highly recommend it.

We've used other texting apps and nothing compares to PostScript :) Definitely would recommend this app to any store looking to increase sales via texting!! So much better than email.

We LOVE Postscript for several reasons. 1. It does both SMS & MMS meaning you can send GIFS and pictures which really help keep the text messages fun and light and feeling less intrusive to the customer. MMS is something not all "text" platforms offer that's a huge bonus to our brand. 2. Their customer support is AWESOME! They're fast and friendly, but because the platform is so good it's not like you need to contact them often anyways. (Thanks Shannon) Might seem pricey, but worth it 100%

So far, the customer service has been amazing. Zev helped me with some questions I had, EVEN on a SUNDAY. He was able to answer all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me! He's quite funny as well. I look forward to seeing what else this app has to offer and will leave an updated review after I've used it for a month or two! :)
