Really wasn't expecting my inquiry to be answered at midnight. But they came through and helped me through setup and added the automations for FREE!! Awesome customer support. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to see the full extent of this app and how many conversions it will make with customer engagement.

Support is top notch. Their team is "Johhny on the Spot" responsive. It integrates well with other platforms and is extremely versatile. It is a must have for any shopify store trying to take their marketing and engagement to the next level. Happy to have found them for getting text reminders to my customers!

Been using them for over a year and pretty happy. They have given a lot of personalized support and consulting, which is a must for a brand like us with a lean team and no dedicated role for this. Feel like more of a partnership than a "number" like you do with some of the bigger platforms out there.

We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

We at agood.com, use Postscript for all International customers and the power of what you can do with the platform outcompete all other options. Especially if you are looking into customisations and subscriptions. Customer service is 5 stars

Great support! lots of flexibility to configure different flows for mobile vs desktop, and the ability to tie a click from an unidentified mobile device through to checkout so it gets properly associated with the shopify customer is clutch.

Customer service is great, always a quick response. Great price and lots of features to use. I'd encourage anyone to test this one out first, I don't think you'll want to find another one.

I had some issues with activation for my automations so I messaged support for help. It was 12:30 am EST and I was't expecting a response however they knew the issue that I was having and solved it promptly! Great customer support!
