Great support! lots of flexibility to configure different flows for mobile vs desktop, and the ability to tie a click from an unidentified mobile device through to checkout so it gets properly associated with the shopify customer is clutch.

Omg! I've had Postscripts for almost two years! Rarely had an issue! I ran into something slight (that was apparently my fault) lol and they took care of it immediately and the follow up game is strong!!!

Customer service is great, always a quick response. Great price and lots of features to use. I'd encourage anyone to test this one out first, I don't think you'll want to find another one.

I had some issues with activation for my automations so I messaged support for help. It was 12:30 am EST and I was't expecting a response however they knew the issue that I was having and solved it promptly! Great customer support!

I've a few weeks into my trial and loving the app! Already saved over $500 in abandoned carts. We'll definitely be staying on as paying customers.
