I used the 30 day trial and generated an insane amount of income, it pays for itself! Started the paid subscription today and already paid for the month with the first sale from the campaign! Zev with customer service was super helpful in getting my first text out! Do yourself a favor and get this APP!

Couldn't have asked for a better app for SMS and email engagement. Customer Service was available late night and helped me through the entire setup. Any problems I have run into have been solved expeditiously. Look forward to using this app to engage customers and generate sales.

Really wasn't expecting my inquiry to be answered at midnight. But they came through and helped me through setup and added the automations for FREE!! Awesome customer support. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to see the full extent of this app and how many conversions it will make with customer engagement.

Been using them for over a year and pretty happy. They have given a lot of personalized support and consulting, which is a must for a brand like us with a lean team and no dedicated role for this. Feel like more of a partnership than a "number" like you do with some of the bigger platforms out there.

We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

We at agood.com, use Postscript for all International customers and the power of what you can do with the platform outcompete all other options. Especially if you are looking into customisations and subscriptions. Customer service is 5 stars
