This app is INSANE! SMS is the future and Postscript is leading the pack! So many customization tools, and the support team is quick and helpful (shout out Shannon). This is a must!

I'm just getting started with text marketing! Will be using in addition to newsletters for marketing and abandoned carts. Zev, with customer service, has been very helpful with templates & tips & tricks. 30 day free trial is also a winner!

Switched over to PostScript after using a competitor's service for years, this platform is far superior. Not only are the interface and functionality amazing, but the support is phenomenal. Anything we need, we're able to get concierge-level support on the spot. Amazing app and team!

So far I am loving this app! It makes SMS marketing really easy to implement and understand. Everyone on the Postscript team that I've interacted with is incredibly helpful and kind!

Postscript is a great SMS app with a nice interface. Easy to use and great support via chat. I use many of these type of apps and this is a top choice.

I'm loving the app so far. I love the abandoned cart feature in addition to the welcome series. Easy way to convert to sales which we've seen a spike in since downloading the app

I tried to use this app it took us 2 days to try to figure everything out, finally got our first text message out and then we find out that there was an automated welcome message with a discount code we didn't set up or know about. Was completely off brand and not something we wanted I even had told someone in chat help that we didn't want anything automated right now. Will be looking for a different app for our SMS needs

We provide pre-built automations so you don't have to start from scratch but, of course, they need to be reviewed before they are set live. It sounds like there was a mixup and the automation was turned on before you were ready. We apologize for that. Great app so far they are helping me get set up now. I'm having to adjust their templates to sound less buggy and more personal but that is Ok.

Still in the free trial phase but we're loving it! As a store, we're new to SMS marketing and Postscript has made the transition to this new medium incredibly seamless and easy. Their interface is very straightforward and simple to use and you'll be up and running in no time. Plus their website is full of tips and tricks and when in doubt, their live chat is the best. Always incredibly responsive, no waiting, and very friendly. If you're lucky enough to work with Shannon, she's one of the best people I've ever worked with on a live chat platform. Like I said, we're still new to SMS Marketing and Postscript, but so far, so good. We've even had other SMS companies reach out and try to snag us away but Postscript has everything we need and more between automation, segmentation, campaigns, creativity, and integration with existing apps.

The customer service is fantastic. They were able to assist our brand in bringing our previous customer subscribers to their platform. The analytics and segmentation of the lists are well coordinated and we definitely recommend Postscript SMS if you're looking to improve open rates and reach your most valuable customers.

This is a VERY capable SMS marketing solution. We're a very customer-centric brand, so having the right communication tools is essential. We looked at a few competitors but Postscript just had more of the features we needed: international sending, 2-way replies, MMS, easy integrations with the rest of our marketing-tech tools, and more! The cherry on top is the customer service! They're super helpful and always there when you need them. Shout out to Shannon and Zev for being rock stars.
