I've installed this app in about two months ago, the amazing thing about it is that it's so easy to use and the most important thing is their support team they won't let you down and they will solve any problem you APPLAUSE TO THEM!

So far so good! I was looking for a full service SMS system and this is it! They have all of the SMS marketing tools already built in and the interface is clean and easy to use. The conversion rate for the various settings, like for when customers first subscribe has been pretty darn good so far too! Also, I used a different platform before and they did not have half these features and charged way more! I can't wait to start sending out campaigns!

We just started using Postscript and so far so good! Have had a couple of questions and Postscript Customer Service has gotten back to me within 5 minutes each time. Very helpful and walked me through everything. We have definitely seen an uptake in sales with Postscript also. I'm sure as we get everything set up better, we will see an even bigger difference! Can't wait!

Postscript solves all of our issues for an automated 2-way SMS solution. Not only is it an intuitive setup, but they have plenty of tools (abandoned cart, shipping tracking) and integrations (Recharge, Klaviyo, Gorgias) that make this a seamless solution for us. And their support is SO HELPFUL, especially Zev. They'll get you set-up with all of the SMS best practice tips and tricks.

Easily one of the best experiences with any Shopify App. The platform has been a great channel for our growth and is easy to use. Perhaps most importantly—the Postscript team is top-notch. Hands down the best support team I have worked with since launching our brand at Run Gum.

Postscript is a great tool for sms marketing. For our brand being able to have each app talk to each other is super important and postscript has really good integrations with ReCharge and Gorgias. Plus their live chat is super fast!

An amazing investment! Great customer service! My texts account for 15-20% of my sales. I can't help but think, that's 15-20% I wouldn't have if I didn't have Postscript! Definitely worth it! Highly recommend.
