Really well designed service. It's a little bit unintuitive to figure out specifics on different modules (automations, campaigns, keywords, popups, etc) and what they do exactly and where things go from there, how to find customers and see the outreach that has happened, etc. But the team was very fast to respond and eager help out, then once you get a feel for it things seem to be really easy and ROI is realized scarily quickly.

This app is very user friendly and makes text message marketing so simple. I’m so happy I came across this app, and the customer service is amazing! Anytime I need assistance with anything they are very punctual and more than willing to provide me with the help I need. Post Script is definitely my go-to when marketing any sales or promotions via text.

Love the after hours support they offer! Whenever Ive needed assistance theyve always made sure to walk me through the steps or take care of it themselves on the back end.

Shannon and the Postscript team have been wonderful to work with! They were helpful and attentive in getting our account set up and answered all our questions in minutes. It is so nice that Postscript easily integrates with Shopify, so most of the work for the automated campaigns was already done for us. Glad we made the switch to Postscript.

We just started using the app but the onboarding was very easy and straightforward. We got immediate sign ups after integration. We had a couple questions and customer service was awesome and the response time was very fast! So far so good!
