I have been using it throughout the trial and it has already been great. I have made money already. I look forward to learning more and using text marketing to scale my business. Also, customer service is responsive, proactive and super helpful. Shannon is a gem.

Been using Postscript for SMS campaigns and have to say that they have great customer support and the platform is super easy to use. I would recommend the platform to other brands looks to create SMS campaigns.

Great customer support and great service! We worked together to solve an integration issue and the support was always there to help! Good job! The platform itself is well done, has some great feature and all you need to send and automate your SMS processes. Big fan!

We just started using Postscript yesterday and are loving the progressive nature of the app. It is also an extremely affordable way to market as we grow our small business! The chat support is crazy fast!

I tried to look for 10 stars as 5 won't do justice. These guys are really committed to make this the best SMS marketing app in the World. And we are migrating from another app (which although did have a positive ROI), the nature of the service and the cost effective use dies beat anyone out there. Rated also 5 stars, since although there are things in pending or requested: I trust they will get them done soon. These are integration with reamaze and quiet hours for international (Australian) customers too. Thanks ZEV!!!!

Postscripts has been an SMS game changer and a huge plus to using them is the team you have access to. They are crazy helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your account is set up for success! Travis and Ally have been amazing!

So far so good, the app does what it says. Also, they do have amazing support, they have live support chat not one of chats that actually send an email that is responded to in a nonspecific amount of time. We will continue to build out the app with the help of their support team, the integrations are also perfect for us. Out CS team can answer texts from their Zendesk account.

Even if the app sucked, the level of support these guys offer is beyond anything I've ever received. I'd totally give a great review on that alone. Luckily the app itself is actually amazing and I've already generated a 3X ROI on what it would cost for the paid version after 1 week on the trial. Definitely going to be fully implementing and scaling with this one!

So far so good! the set up has been very easy. I had one issue (I caused myself) and the customer service was amazing! so Friendly and responsive! I could not be happier

I am a HUGE fan of Postscript. I've used Klaviyo SMS in the past and it was a complete nightmare.Postscript makes everything simple and they're so responsive whenever I have an issue. Which is probably the best value I have found. SMS has become a massive channel for all of my clients so far using postscript. Thank you to their amazing team!!

The customer service team has been extremely helpful especially with bringing over my existing customer list and getting them put into this new texting system. Still trying to figure everything out as far as the service is concerned but so far I am very satisfied with the Postscript service & the customer service is top notch!
