Great app, even better service. I've hesitated on taking the plunge into text-marketing for a while, just being so accustomed to email only. Finally decided to do it. The Postscript app itself is already pretty intuitive, but of course, had questions come up as you would with any new tool. The Postscript team was SUPER responsive and over-shared rather than under-shared which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Shannon and Zev, but I'm sure the whole team is just as helpful. Looking forward to continuing this text-marketing journey and seeing some great results!

Just started using post script and it has been great so far. The customer service team is amazing. Was having a small issue and they got right on it! Looking forward to purchasing the subscription.

I LOVE Postscript! All of the features are super easy to use and if you have questions the support team, never takes more than 5 minutes to respond. This is super helpful when you are trying to get a marketing campaign out the same day. Will continue using Postscript, I do not have any complaints!

PS Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. Talking to real people, real time, helping set up a second PS application on another site. Highly recommend. If you aren't using SMS in your marketing plan, you are missing out.

Postscript is easy to navigate and reasonably priced. The experts are always one instant chat away if I have any questions. I've never had any issues and received great feedback from my customers about our fun text message alerts.

Really well designed service. It's a little bit unintuitive to figure out specifics on different modules (automations, campaigns, keywords, popups, etc) and what they do exactly and where things go from there, how to find customers and see the outreach that has happened, etc. But the team was very fast to respond and eager help out, then once you get a feel for it things seem to be really easy and ROI is realized scarily quickly.

This app is very user friendly and makes text message marketing so simple. I’m so happy I came across this app, and the customer service is amazing! Anytime I need assistance with anything they are very punctual and more than willing to provide me with the help I need. Post Script is definitely my go-to when marketing any sales or promotions via text.

We just started using the app but the onboarding was very easy and straightforward. We got immediate sign ups after integration. We had a couple questions and customer service was awesome and the response time was very fast! So far so good!
