I would HIGHLY recommend Postscript. We came from using Attentive over to Postscript and blown away by how much easier it is to use PLUS how truly AMAZING their support is. I feel like I can open a chat and just "talk" with them, the best customer experience I've ever had. And having that support goes a long way! Besides the support, the platform itself is extremely easy to use for beginners or even experts. At this point, I'll be a Postscript fanboy for life!

Very quick response! I had a great time chatting with their customer support rep with PostScript. They did a great job without being intrusive. It also inspires me to implement a better workflow with our own customer service team to do a better job at delivering excellent customer experience!

I just launched with this App about 20 days ago. So far it's performing well, their customer service is top notch. Will follow up after some more time to give a more accurate assessment.

Super great app that is user friendly. It has been an excellent source of revenue and channel to reach our customers in a meaningful way. Their prices are much better than a lot of competitors too.

We've had such great success with PostScript and couldn't recommend it enough! Our account rep and all the Customer Service agents are always SO helpful, and the automation, campaign, and segmenting capabilities are incredibly effective!

Platform is great and userability is amazing. Really customisable and easy to use! Customer service is great as well (Zev) dealt with an issue for us and it was resolved within minutes. Really friendly and professional!

We love Postscript! The app is really easy to use to set up automations or to send campaigns. There are several great options for adding integrations to help build your SMS list. And Postscript's support is also super quick and helpful – which we have not found to be the case with other SMS providers! Would definitely recommend Postscript!

Postscript was recommended to me as the leading SMS platform for Shopify, and they have some good features that are hard to find. However, the honest truth is I can't say Postscript is reliable enough to recommend. It's littered with bugs and frequently either fails to send automations or sends them in error, which is a real liability to our communications with our most valuable customers. I've probably spent weeks of my time as a founder working with their support team to resolve bugs and problems with their product. Customer support was initially helpful but frequently fails to follow up and requires reminders from me to solve problems. A recent issue with Postscript caused an order to initiate without a customer's consent, and 7 weeks later we're still waiting on an explanation or resolution. I've worked on software startups for a decade and cannot understand the poor technology execution at Postscript. They are abundantly capitalized, with a large engineering team, and the product cannot be relied upon to do what it promises to do.

Super easy installation with a seamless integration for our current text list. Support is quick to reply and helpful with answers and not just sending links to a knowledge base.

So far Postscripts has been an awesome app for us! A massive upgrade over the old service we were using. The support they've offered thus far is also second to none. Shannon and Zev have been top notch! Highly recommend if your trying to take your SMS to the next level!
